2017 Social Responsibility Report I. Corporate Governance System Good corporate governance is the intrinsic driving force for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Since the establishment of Henan Dejiali Technology Development Co., Ltd. in 1998, the company has organically combined governance with production and operation. Strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Company Law and relevant national laws and regulations, a modern enterprise system has been established, improving the corporate governance structure and standardizing company operations. A systematic and scientific regulatory framework has been established based on the Articles of Association, including the rules of procedure for the board of directors, rules of procedure for the board of supervisors, and detailed work regulations for the general manager. This has formed a structure consisting of the board of directors, supervisors, and management.

I. Corporate Governance System

Good corporate governance is the intrinsic driving force for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Since the establishment of Henan Dejiali Technology Development Co., Ltd. in 1998, the company has organically combined governance with production and operation. Strictly in accordance with the Company Law and relevant national laws and regulations, a modern enterprise system has been established, improving the corporate governance structure and standardizing company operations. A systematic and scientific regulatory framework has been established based on the Articles of Association, including rules for board meetings, rules for supervisory meetings, and detailed work regulations for the general manager. A power balance mechanism has been formed with the board of directors, supervisory board, and management as the main structure for decision-making, execution, business management, and effective supervision, ensuring the healthy operation of the company's production and business activities, achieving sustainable and healthy development.

II. Company Development

In 2012, the company focused on the themes of reform and innovation, deeply implementing the scientific development concept, innovating marketing strategies, actively responding to market changes, carrying out independent innovation, emphasizing financial budgeting and cost assessment, and strengthening the company's defense and risk control capabilities, which promoted the continuous rapid growth of the company's operating performance.

III. Product Management

The company has always adhered to the quality policy of 'survival by quality, brand building by quality, efficiency by quality, and development by quality.' It views product quality as the lifeblood of the enterprise, strictly controls product quality, establishes a long-term mechanism for product quality management and a comprehensive quality management system, and strengthens quality control and assurance at every stage from raw material control, technical support, production process control, to sales control, providing customers with reliable products.

IV. Talent Development

The company has formulated a series of preferential policies and implemented measures to recruit and introduce talent, solving issues such as employment and housing for introduced talents, allowing them to feel our sincere efforts, making them happy to come and satisfied to work. Through this measure, in recent years, we have introduced more than 40 engineering and technical personnel with college degrees or above and mid-to-senior technical titles from various parts of the country, providing talent assurance for the company's technological innovation and development.

The company has organized and implemented various on-the-job training for over 400 person-times. It encourages employees to pursue self-study and has seen several employees obtain diplomas from vocational and technical colleges, boldly utilizing talent. In recent years, more than 10 individuals have taken on middle management positions, and over 20 have taken on technical management roles. These initiatives have added vitality to the company's development.

Employees are the greatest asset of the enterprise. Given the current social conditions, employees face many hardships. The company manages strictly while also paying great attention to the daily lives and thoughts of employees, starting from caring for and protecting their fundamental interests. To address employees' accommodation issues and create a warm home for them, the company has invested over 3 million yuan to build dormitories for employees. Every year during the Spring Festival, the company's leadership visits all employees to express their care.

V. Environmental Protection

The company regards environmental protection as an important part of its sustainable development strategy, emphasizing its responsibilities in environmental protection and actively practicing environmentally friendly and resource-saving development. Environmental management is integrated into the company's management system, penetrating every aspect of product production. First, the company strengthens publicity in various departments to raise environmental awareness among all employees. Second, environmental management indicators are implemented at every stage of the product production process, establishing a target responsibility system from the top management to the grassroots level, forming a management network that promptly reports the production and pollution discharge situation of each department, ensuring accountability and clear rewards and penalties, truly embedding environmental protection and concepts into every employee. Utilizing modern information technology, the company implements paperless office practices, promotes the construction of a resource-saving society, actively introduces financial computerization, ERP management, intranet, and other modern information technologies, continuously improves the OA office system, achieving paperless operations that not only save paper, communication, and mailing costs but also reduce the occupation of social communication lines and postal resources by phone, fax, and mailing contacts, actively promoting the construction of a resource-saving society.

Encouraging employees to innovate technology, eliminate outdated production processes, and build environmentally friendly enterprises. In 2012, the production system collected rationalization suggestions around the theme of 'energy saving, cost reduction, increased production, and efficiency,' significantly improving the comprehensive utilization rate of energy and materials. By proposing rationalization suggestions for innovations and improvements, including equipment, pipeline routes, obsolete equipment and facilities, material quality, and waste energy, the company aims to reduce the consumption of water, electricity, and gas energy and promote resource recycling, optimizing and improving existing production processes to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, increased production, and efficiency.
