In October 2018, Henan Province announced the increase of the energy-saving standard for residential buildings from 65% to 75%, which officially took effect on July 1 of this year. Taking this opportunity, on the afternoon of June 20, 2019, Zhu Quanmin, Director of the Henan Provincial Government Advisory Office; Provincial Government Advisors Pei Zhiyang, Xiao Jianzhong, Wang Luyv; Special Researcher of the Provincial Government Advisory Office Chang Xingwen, Luo Jianzhong; Director of the Henan Provincial Institute of Building Science Luan Jingyang; President of the Henan Real Estate Industry Chamber of Commerce and Director of the Real Estate Meteorology Magazine, Deputy Secretary-General of the Henan Overseas Chinese Business Association Chai Li and others visited the headquarters of DeJiaLi for inspection and held a discussion on the promotion and application of DeJiaLi's energy-saving building new technology "integrated external wall insulation structure technology."

Li Mingxian, Chairman of Henan DeJiaLi Group, Vice General Manager Li Haomin, and Chief Engineer Duan Jiangsheng led the team to receive the advisory office delegation. Under the guidance of Li Mingxian, the delegation visited many representative products of DeJiaLi's decoration series, engineering products, and building energy-saving series. In the integrated insulation structure product display area, Chief Engineer Duan Jiangsheng introduced DeJiaLi's integrated insulation structure products NBW and SW, which have been developed, improved, and produced over more than ten years. These products differ from the previous practice of attaching insulation materials to the exterior of building facades, instead placing the external wall insulation decorative integrated board within the wall, thus avoiding the risk of insulation panels falling off and causing injury or being flammable in case of fire, truly achieving a balance between insulation and safety, and integrating insulation and decoration, allowing insulation materials to have the same lifespan as the building.

Li Mingxian stated that these products, which appear to be real stone materials, are actually high color retention water-based environmentally friendly building coatings such as real stone paint and liquid marble paint developed and produced by DeJiaLi. Although they are not real stone materials, the sensory effect is indistinguishable from real stone materials, and they are green and environmentally friendly, with lower costs and wider applications.

Luan Jingyang, Director of the Henan Provincial Institute of Building Science, emphasized the promotion of DeJiaLi's integrated insulation structure technology. He stated that with the development of the times, the energy-saving standards for buildings are gradually increasing, and residents' requirements for insulation walls have also evolved from internal wall insulation to external wall insulation, and now to high requirements for safety, non-falling, and non-flammable external wall insulation materials. Traditional external wall insulation materials always have safety hazards such as falling and flammability, while the integrated insulation structure technology places the insulation layer within the wall, with a 5-6 cm concrete protective layer cast on the outermost layer, sharing the load with the overall wall structure. According to the design specifications of the construction industry, this technology can withstand fires for 2-3 hours. Overall, this not only solves the problems of flammability and falling associated with traditional insulation materials but also breaks the industry default of a 25-year lifespan for external wall insulation, allowing insulation materials to have the same lifespan as the building.

Luo Jianzhong, Special Researcher of the Provincial Government Advisory Office, first affirmed the maturity of the integrated insulation structure technology; secondly, regarding promotion, he stated that under the premise of mastering the core technology of integrated insulation structure, it is necessary to combine with new technologies and new types of insulation materials in the concrete market and prefabricated buildings to reduce product costs to a certain extent, in order to achieve more promotion and application.

Chang Xingwen, Special Researcher of the Provincial Government Advisory Office, proposed several suggestions from a professional perspective. First, whether promoting products or technologies, a company should clarify the core technology and related patents of new products, allowing partners to easily understand the uniqueness of its products, thus generating a desire for cooperation; secondly, the emergence of new technologies must be able to solve the safety hazards existing in old buildings.

Xiao Jianzhong, an advisor to the provincial government and deputy editor-in-chief of the Henan Daily Newspaper Group, mainly approached from the perspective of publicity, stating that the emergence of any new technology requires giving the public a process of acceptance, and during this process, it is essential to pay attention to publicity. In publicity, attention should be paid to targeted promotion; when the audience is industry professionals, the uniqueness of the product should be emphasized; when the audience is ordinary residents, good stories should be told to find resonance with the public. At the same time, new media should be utilized, using platforms with a large audience such as Weibo and WeChat to organize product promotion.

Wang Luyv, an advisor to the provincial government, stated that after obtaining a patent for new technology, in terms of organizational structure, the first step is to streamline the capital structure, fully leverage its capital advantages, and prepare for the company's listing in advance; in terms of the market, it is necessary to not only develop domestic resources but also to go abroad, striving to create the world's most advanced building energy-saving insulation structure integrated new products.

Pei Zhiyang, an advisor to the provincial government, stated from the government's perspective that standardization is a necessary condition for the development of the construction industry. The development of new technologies must achieve standardization in materials, production, and construction. Under the premise of ensuring standardization, more communication with the government should be conducted to fully leverage the government's role, so that in the future, integrated insulation products can completely replace traditional external wall insulation materials.

He stated that the issues of concern to enterprises are also issues that the government pays considerable attention to.
