On May 21, 2020, the Glodon Digital Procurement Alliance, consisting of more than ten procurement units, formed a 24-person inspection team to visit Henan Dejiali Technology Development Co., Ltd. The chairman Li Mingxian, general manager Li Baoxiu, and director Li Songmin of Henan Dejiali Technology Development Co., Ltd. warmly welcomed the procurement alliance.
After the procurement alliance arrived at Dejiali Group, Engineer Duan and Director Li provided a detailed introduction to the company's development history, current status, and development strategy, while also introducing the company's samples and leading the procurement units to visit the sample rooms.
Subsequently, Engineer Duan and Director Li, along with key business personnel, accompanied the procurement units to visit the production workshop and provided a detailed introduction to the process and production overview of coatings and insulation materials. The procurement units highly praised the spirit of the workers in the Dejiali workshop and the on-site management, affirming the product quality.
After visiting the factory area, the alliance followed the footsteps of Engineer Duan and Director Li to visit the Dejiali product application project—the Zhengzhou Hedong Shantytown Project. The total construction area of the Zhengzhou Hedong Shantytown Project is 4.71 million square meters, with 157 planned buildings, capable of accommodating about 50,000 residents. The project adopts innovations in technology such as SW(NBW) building structure insulation integration, permanent bonding, and green construction, achieving insulation and building lifespan compatibility, strong practicality, environmental friendliness, and energy conservation, significantly reducing production costs. The project has achieved good benefits in aspects such as building insulation and structural lifespan compatibility, construction period, cost, and dust control through engineering technology innovation and deep integration of new generation information technology with the engineering site. Explaining to the alliance units and observing the product application and project situation on-site left a deeper impression on the alliance.
Next, they visited the South and North Courtyards of the Happy Waterfront Garden project, with a total construction area of about 530,000 square meters. The exterior wall insulation and exterior wall water-based coatings all used Dejiali products and were constructed by Dejiali, allowing the procurement units to understand the actual application and finished product effects of Dejiali products in the project.
