On August 21, the "Henan Province Energy-Saving Construction Technology Application Promotion Seminar" hosted by the Henan Provincial Engineering Construction Association and the Henan Provincial Survey and Design Association, and organized by the "Henan Energy" website, was held in Zhengzhou. Designers, builders, experts, scholars, and representatives from industry organizations from more than ten research institutes, including the Henan Urban and Rural Design Institute, and dozens of construction companies such as China State Construction Engineering Corporation attended the meeting.
During the meeting, experts and scholars engaged in multi-angle, in-depth, and heated discussions on the new type of building insulation and structural integration material NBW cast-in-place concrete internal insulation system developed by Henan DeJiaLi Technology Company. Everyone unanimously agreed that the NBW cast-in-place concrete internal insulation system addresses the hidden dangers of traditional external wall adhesive and external insulation layer technology, such as cracking, hollowing, fire hazards, leakage, and falling off, as well as the issue of generating a large amount of construction waste and investment due to its short lifespan. It achieves integration of building insulation and structure, has the same lifespan as the structure, is simple to construct, reduces weight, and saves materials by 20%. It saves 0.06 m³ of concrete per square meter of wall, saves 1.5 man-days of labor, and reduces project costs by about 10-15%. The factory-produced quality is reliable, and compared to other insulation systems currently on the market in Henan, the NBW cast-in-place concrete internal insulation system is easier to ensure the accurate position of insulation boards, does not get damaged or displaced during the pouring process, making it an ideal structural form for industrialized construction and green building industrialization, with broad application prospects. Participating construction companies further shared the analysis of the application effects of the new technology of the NBW cast-in-place concrete internal insulation system, excellent practices in creating quality projects or typical cases; during the meeting, everyone observed the model of DeJiaLi's NBW cast-in-place concrete internal insulation system on-site.
