Director Ren Qiyong visited and conducted research at Henan Dejiali Technology Group Co., Ltd.

To fully implement the four service purposes of "serving members, serving the industry, serving the government, and serving society," from April 5 to 7, 2021, a delegation of six people, including Ren Qiyong, Director of the Building Energy Efficiency Technology Promotion Working Committee of the China Building Energy Efficiency Association, Han Aixing, Deputy Director of the Energy Conservation Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Liu Lianfu, Commissioner of the Building Energy Efficiency Technology Promotion Working Committee, and Du Qiang, General Manager of China Chemical Engineering No. 9 Construction Co., Ltd., conducted a three-day visit and research at the Henan Dejali Technology Group Co., Ltd., which is a vice-chairman unit of the committee. Accompanying the visit were Yuan Huibin, General Manager of the Central Plains Branch of China Chemical Engineering No. 9 Construction Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager Ma Weichao, and Zhang Yanjun, Development Director of the Xibaipo Tuo Liang Summer Resort Hotel of the Taihang Mountain Tourism Group in Hebei Province. Also accompanying were Lu Ming'an, Secretary-General of the Henan Construction Science and Technology Association, Chai Li, Deputy Secretary-General of the Henan Real Estate Industry Chamber of Commerce, and Li Mingxian, Chairman of Henan Dejali Technology Group Co., Ltd., along with President Li Haomin, Chief Engineer Duan Jiangsheng, and Sales Manager Liu Pei, who participated in the research and discussions.

Zhang Ying, Deputy Inspector of the Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Wang Guoqing, former Deputy Director of the Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and current President of the Henan Provincial Construction Industry Association, warmly welcomed the research team.

During the research period, Chairman Li Mingxian first led the research team to visit the company's technology product exhibition hall and product application demonstration projects. In the exhibition hall, Chairman Li Mingxian introduced the series of product materials developed by Dejali Group, including integrated insulation structure technology, real stone paint, dream paint, and wallpaper paint. Chief Engineer Duan Jiangsheng focused on explaining the outstanding advantages, characteristics, and applications of the integrated insulation structure technology. During the visit to the application of this technology in the renovation project of the shantytown in the Henan Province Port Area, the research team listened to Chairman Li Mingxian's on-site explanation of the application of the integrated insulation structure technology in the project and held discussions with relevant leaders and technical personnel from the construction unit, China State Construction Engineering Corporation Second Bureau, carefully listening to their opinions and suggestions on the technology.

The seminar was hosted by Deputy Secretary-General Chai Li, who first warmly welcomed the research team on behalf of the Henan Real Estate Industry Chamber of Commerce and Henan Dejali Company. She provided a detailed report on the company's basic situation and development. Since its establishment in 1999, the company has been committed to the research, development, and production of coating products and new wall materials, integrating science, industry, trade, and construction into a comprehensive enterprise. The company has established research and development centers at both provincial and municipal levels. The main products include the NBW building structure system, interior wall decoration series, interior and exterior wall coating series, imitation stone coating series, exterior wall insulation systems, and integrated insulation and decoration series. Currently, the development of innovative and unique products by Dejali Company will bring revolutionary breakthroughs to the building energy efficiency industry, creating truly good products that benefit millions of families.

General Manager Du Qiang stated that today's visit and learning have given high praise to the products and technologies developed by Dejali. He expressed that Dejali's products should open up sales channels, be pushed to the market, and gain government recognition for priority adoption, not only promoting in Henan but also formulating local industry standards with the support of local governments. Industry standards should be interconnected, and the industrial chain should be improved and systematized, leveraging design institutes to promote the development of enterprises. Emphasizing user reputation, it is essential to first gain acceptance from owners and ultimately from the market.

Commissioner Liu Lianfu expressed during the seminar that he hopes this product technology can occupy the market in various provinces and be implemented in the renovation of old communities in Shijiazhuang as soon as possible, benefiting thousands of households in Hebei. He also shared his insights during the seminar, first giving high recognition to Dejali's product technology and hoping it can quickly capture the market and gradually expand and develop. He suggested that the company quickly obtain a recommendation letter from the national competent authority and complete the relevant procedures for comprehensive product technology promotion.

Deputy Director Han Aixing first fully affirmed the product display of Dejali Company during the seminar, stating that the company's research and development results are rich, diverse, and innovative, achieving certain results within the province. He also provided valuable suggestions on product names, research results, theoretical research, experimental research, and the standards formed, emphasizing that technological research and development should be well-designed at the top level. The three major sectors of the company's research and development should obtain evaluations or identifications from authoritative departments to solidify intellectual property and master their own technology. The product technology and enterprise management should align with the requirements of the new era, follow the national development direction, and have a strategic plan and layout for large-scale enterprise management, adding policy positions to study national policies and develop according to national strategic planning. Finally, he emphasized the need to make good use of the platform of the Building Energy Efficiency Technology Promotion Working Committee to strengthen contact with the promotion committee to help the company develop well, quickly, healthily, and stably.

In his concluding remarks, Director Ren Qiyong first highly praised Henan Dejali Group Co., Ltd. for its strong recognition and support for the committee, fully affirming the advantages and characteristics of the company's products and technologies. He hopes that the company will continue to conduct in-depth research and development based on its existing technology, especially the integrated insulation structure technology, and increase the intensity of technological development, striving to move towards the prefabricated direction advocated by the country. He believes that the company's products are still relatively advanced at this time and requires the company to conduct in-depth research on the suggestions made by experts at the meeting, formulate a development strategy, and improve the corresponding promotion mechanism to achieve stable development. The next step can be to establish a comprehensive publicity center, exhibition center, negotiation center, and operation center for Dejali's product technology with the strong support of our committee, and hopes to complete the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development or the identification of scientific and technological achievements by the China Building Energy Efficiency Association as soon as possible. Director Ren Qiyong also informed Dejali Company about the main work carried out by our committee this year, further enhancing the committee's service efforts for member units.
