In order to deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, further strengthen the construction and development of municipal engineering technology research centers and key laboratories, and improve the level of scientific and technological innovation in our city, it has been agreed to establish the "Zhengzhou Urban Rail Transit Cable Conductor Engineering Technology Research Center" and 97 other engineering technology research centers, as well as the "Zhengzhou Underwater Inspection and Operation Key Laboratory" and 35 other key laboratories, after application by the relying units, review and inspection, and discussion at the bureau party group meeting.
