On the morning of June 9, Deputy Director Zhang Yumin of the Henan Provincial People's Congress Finance and Budget Committee, National People's Congress representatives and representatives of the 20th National Congress Huang Jiusheng, National People's Congress representative Dang Yongfu, Wang Zhijun from the Provincial People's Congress Review Office, and leaders from other provincial congress units visited Henan DeJiali Technology Group Co., Ltd. to investigate low-carbon energy-saving construction projects. The visiting leaders inspected the exhibition hall and production workshop of Henan DeJiali Technology Group Co., Ltd., listened to the situation report from Chairman Li Mingxian, and learned in detail about the company's production and operation status, product sales, market demand, development planning, and the actual difficulties and problems encountered in the development process, especially the progress of the integrated insulation project currently being vigorously promoted.
Henan DeJiali Technology Group Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the research, development, and production of coating products and new wall materials, and is a comprehensive enterprise integrating science, industry, trade, and construction. The "DeJiali" trademark has been recognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce as a "China Famous Trademark" and has received numerous honors such as "Top 100 Enterprises in China Building Materials and Home Furnishing," "National Quality Trusted Products," "Top Ten Enterprises in Henan Province for Building Energy-saving External Insulation Technology," and "Demonstration Unit for Integrity Management." In particular, the company's currently promoted NBW integrated insulation structure system is the best solution to the two major problems of traditional insulation falling off and catching fire, and is also an important component in achieving carbon neutrality goals.
Director Zhang Yumin pointed out that the external rock wool widely used in the market poses significant hazards and is prone to falling off, which will lead to many environmental and social issues in the future. New technologies and materials need to be developed to replace it, and the integrated insulation structure in construction is an effective means and approach to solve this problem, which needs to be vigorously promoted.
Representative Huang Jiusheng stated that in response to the government's call, the previous project used integrated insulation structures, but the original insulation system had high construction difficulty and costs, which are bottlenecks for its widespread promotion. Solving these two issues will greatly facilitate the promotion of this new technology. Chairman Li Mingxian stated that our company's unique three-layer mesh system for the NBW integrated insulation structure has effectively addressed the above two issues and has been widely used.
Representative Dang Yongfu suggested building some demonstration projects and model rooms to attract representatives from various levels of the People's Congress for research and inspection, leveraging the influence of representatives at all levels to achieve better promotion results. Additionally, it is necessary to establish a demonstration effect for enterprises and simplify construction. He called on the state to provide subsidies and include it in carbon emission trading.
