1. Integrated design of wall decorative stone panels:
Structural features of wall decorative stone panels: Under the premise of meeting engineering quality requirements and ensuring construction safety, the design comprehensively considers the construction regulations of the main structure, greatly enhancing the practicality and sensitivity of non-removable formwork, while reducing the total number of removable formwork. The integration of wall insulation should be maximized. This standard makes the design and manufacturing of thermal insulation integration more compliant with the specific construction regulations of the project, making it suitable, economically viable, effective, and safe. Our company produces the basic wall formwork. The dimensions of the warm steel formwork for wall insulation integration (total width 600mm) are consistent with the strain rate. The structural dimensions of the formwork are a total width of 280mm and a relative height of 2800. The template is welded according to square tubes, and the solid model dimensions are 50*50*3 to prevent deformation of the template.
Add a level rib in the middle of the template. The template is flexible and easy to use, ensuring that all vertical seams of the wall can be freely disassembled and are located in the middle of the square steel pipe, preventing the occurrence of mold release and mortar surging. The horizontal ribs of the template are fixed across the wall surface using double seamless steel pipes and anchor bolts, ensuring that the panels of two adjacent templates are on the same surface, enhancing the integrity and rigidity of the template to ensure the flatness of the wall. The wall anchor bolts are T16 bolts. Each wall anchor bolt consists of a bolt, two nuts, and two sealing rings. Use an aluminum alloy drill to make holes in the external template at the external environmental temperature, insert PVC waterproof sleeves, and install the bolts.
2. Structure of decorative stone panels:
1. Preparation work and tool preparation before construction: Prepare tools such as hammers, blades, angle grinders, manual trimmers, impact drills, and hand drills at the construction site in advance. Prepare sponge strips and double-sided tape.
2. Site layout: According to the overall planning of the construction site, clarify the stacking area for the integrated flat panel templates.
3. Preparation of unloading area: The site should be flat, firm, with smooth drainage, and the integrated board templates should be 10cm above the ground. When extending, prevent collisions; the wall insulation integrated board templates should be close to the application position, and the travel of the construction tower crane should be minimized. There should be a safety passage in the adjacent stacking area for assembling the thermal insulation integrated panel template components.
4. Personnel allocation: Establish a team of workers and a professional construction team on site to undertake the construction of wall insulation integrated templates. It is necessary to understand the template planning and design scheme. Understand the construction safety requirements of the templates.
5. Regularly check the storage of templates and accessories. Calculate the external wall engineering quantity according to the construction drawings and analyze the wall insulation integrated panel templates delivered to the site.
6. Wall anchor bolts and various bolts should be stored in the warehouse to prevent rust; wall anchor bolts should be lubricated.
