1. Choose a professional and experienced stone paint construction team. The requirements for construction teams regarding all types of coatings are unquestionable, so selecting a good construction team can significantly reduce many construction issues for you. 2. Due to the heavy nature and large quantity of stone paint, it is commonly packaged in large specifications (75KG/bucket). During long-distance transportation or prolonged storage, sedimentation may occur. It is best to use an electric drill mixer to stir it evenly before opening the bucket for construction. The viscosity has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and it is not recommended to dilute it with water; if it is indeed too thick, the amount of water added should not exceed 5%. 3. It is recommended to use a hanging basket for spraying stone paint.

2. Due to the heavy weight and large quantity of stone paint, it is generally packaged in large sizes (75KG/bucket). During long-distance transportation or prolonged storage, sedimentation may occur. It is best to mix it evenly with a power drill mixer before opening the bucket for construction. The construction viscosity is adjusted before leaving the factory, and it is not recommended to dilute with water; if it is too thick, the water added should not exceed 5%.

3. It is recommended to use a hanging basket for spraying stone paint. Spraying with scaffolding will leave marks from the scaffolding joints, which are not noticeable until the scaffolding is removed.

4. Temperature: Construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5℃ and below 35℃; Humidity: The suitable air humidity for construction is 60%-70%. Construction cannot be done on rainy days; ensure that it cannot be rained on within 24 hours after spraying; spraying stone paint is not allowed when the wind is above level 4.

5. The air compressor pressure must reach above 8kg. The actual usage per square meter is approximately 3.5KG to 4.5KG. For stone paint with a strong relief effect, it may use 5 to 6KG. Therefore, the coating rate of stone paint will vary due to the size of the product particles, the construction shape, and the roughness of the base surface. Before construction, the coating rate should be tested according to the site conditions.

6. Regarding the issue of sand falling during spraying: There will be losses in any spraying process. The phenomenon of sand falling during spraying should be determined based on the viscosity of the construction product, air pressure during construction, and the technique of the construction personnel. It is recommended to conduct product construction tests before the project starts.

7. Regarding the phenomenon of mottling during spraying: Mottling is more common with stone paint. The appearance of mottling is due to uneven spraying, especially on dark paints, where the thick and thin sprayed areas have inconsistent colors. It is recommended to spray thin layers multiple times to avoid mottling, and to use a primer of the same color.

8. Regarding color difference: When the product arrives on site, first conduct a small area spray test of the stone paint color. Large area construction can only proceed after the stone paint color meets the standard sample. Since stone paint is generally made from natural colored sand materials, there may be slight color differences between batches, which is normal. It is recommended that the same batch of material be used by the same group of people on the same wall. The entire wall should be done from top to bottom in one go to avoid color differences caused by interrupted construction. The flat effect and rough effect may produce sensory differences, and attention should be paid to color differences under backlight and direct light, as well as sunlight and refraction. To repair color differences: After completing one wall, try to keep a few buckets of the same batch of product for the final stage of the project to repair any defects in the wall, avoiding color differences caused by final repairs. If there are two batches of stone paint on the same wall, it is best to mix the two batches in a 1:1 ratio and stir evenly at the joint to transition the color difference, and then proceed with the second batch after a certain distance.

9. Whitening: There are two situations for whitening. One is the efflorescence phenomenon of concrete walls, which leaves a white powder when touched. The second is that there is no such phenomenon when rolling the gloss finish paint, but whitening occurs after rolling, as if fog has settled on it. This is due to the rough and uneven surface of the stone paint. If the gloss finish paint is not rolled evenly, it will accumulate in the grooves, leading to this phenomenon. It is best to use spraying for construction, and after the stone paint is completed, apply the gloss paint immediately after 48 hours.

10. Precautions for spraying at window sills and platform locations: Since window sills and platform locations are easier to spray, it can easily lead to excessive thickness in one application. When spraying at window sills and platform locations, the sand and stones that have fallen from above should be cleaned off before spraying.
