The training was categorized and layered to provide knowledge, mindset, behavior, and skills that meet work needs. Training is a way of learning and an effective means to improve business knowledge and capabilities. After the training, everyone expressed that they benefited greatly and had many insights, and they gradually submitted their training feedback forms.

The training began with "Workplace Business Etiquette." China has been a country of etiquette since ancient times. Professor Jin Zhengkun from Renmin University of China expressed the monotonous and dull knowledge of business etiquette in a simple and humorous way. Through vivid cases, we learned the requirements for receiving guests, exchanging business cards, giving gifts, and dressing appropriately in business interactions. Business etiquette is part of our daily work. A good first impression starts with the etiquette when meeting clients. We should standardize our behavior, treat others with knowledge and reason, and be civilized and polite. Etiquette reflects a person's comprehensive quality and represents a profound moral guide. If every employee in the company can learn to respect and tolerate others, always pay attention to their speaking style and appearance, and greet each day with an optimistic and positive image, then we can not only enhance our self-image and realize our life value but also significantly improve the company's image, create a healthy and upward corporate culture, and promote harmonious development.

The "Employee Mindset Management" section informs us that in our daily work, mindset determines everything. A person's ability is strong, but without a good mindset, they may not achieve success. The differences between people are actually very small, but these small differences can often lead to huge disparities. The small difference lies in the different mindsets. A person with a positive mindset will definitely succeed. How to treat work? Clarify who you are working for? In fact, we are working for ourselves and for society. The reason companies spend money to hire us is not to take care of us or exploit us, but to utilize our available value. Labor itself is a commodity, and our work is also a commodity. If we do our work well, the quality of the produced goods will be good, the market value will be high, and consequently, your returns will also be higher. Therefore, we should pursue excellent work quality and concentrate our talents and attention on the work we are engaged in. To be loyal to the company and work wholeheartedly for the company, we must have a strong sense of responsibility and a sense of ownership. Only by placing ourselves in the position of the owner and truly treating the company as home can we have the greatest enthusiasm for work and strive to complete tasks better and faster.

The "Effective Communication" section mainly studied Teacher Yu Shiwei's video lecture on communication skills, explaining the purpose, techniques, and process of communication. We need to strengthen communication among colleagues and strive to improve team spirit. During the training, everyone deeply realized that communication between people, mutual learning among colleagues, and team spirit are the keys to our success at work. In our future practical work, regardless of which position we are in, we cannot do without cooperation among colleagues because a drop of water can only survive in the ocean. Since cooperation is needed, communication is essential. Only through mutual communication, cooperation, and unity among different departments and colleagues can we improve work efficiency. As a professional, one must not only have the ability to deal with problems and setbacks but also establish good interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues, partners, and suppliers. Therefore, enhancing communication skills and effectively managing interpersonal relationships has become an important guarantee for career success.

Learning can make people progress, and work can build confidence. The training has ended; it is better to take action than to sit and talk! Although the road is long, we will reach it if we walk; although the task is difficult, we will succeed if we do it.
