To deepen the observation and learning of the "integrated thermal insulation structure" construction technology and its effects, enhance member services, and promote industry upgrading and development, on November 28, over 70 members of the procurement delegation organized by the Henan Real Estate Industry Chamber of Commerce visited the excellent demonstration project constructed by the vice president unit of the chamber, Henan Dejiali Technology Development Co., Ltd. This project is the third section of the second shantytown in the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone, undertaken by China State Construction Engineering Corporation's Second Bureau.

To deepen the observation and learning of the "integrated thermal insulation structure" construction technology and its effects, enhance member services, and promote industry upgrading and development, on November 28, more than 70 members of the total inspection team organized by the Henan Provincial Real Estate Industry Chamber of Commerce visited the excellent demonstration project constructed by the vice president unit of the chamber, Henan DeJiaLi Technology Development Co., Ltd. - the third section of the second shantytown in the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone.

Zhao Jinjing, the executive vice president and secretary-general of the chamber, Li Mingxian, the vice president of the chamber and chairman of DeJiaLi Company, and Luan Jingyang, the deputy director of the Henan Provincial Academy of Building Sciences, attended the seminar and inspection activities, with Wang Shufeng, the deputy secretary-general of the chamber and director of the joint procurement committee, leading the inspection.

Leaders including Zhao Hongxin, president of the Jilin Provincial Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Han Zhenshan, chairman, and Liu Yiyang, executive vice president and secretary-general, who are visiting the provincial real estate chamber, also attended the project observation and inspection.

The inspection team consisted of more than 70 heads of procurement, cost, engineering, and technical departments from member enterprises of the chamber, including Country Garden Henan Region, Yongwei, Kailin, Xinhexin, Jincheng, Xinglian Mango, Yuhua, Qianxiang, Hanyu, Yilong, Baoneng, Guolong, Yusen, Jinniu, Jintai'an, Xinzhi Yuan, Tengfei, Kunda, Xindadi, Lantian, Hengji Industrial, Huadong Cable, Keyu, Hongkai Building Materials, Anzhu Industrial, and Daxin Home.

The inspection team first watched the project promotional video and the SW building structure thermal insulation integration explanation video in the conference room of the third section of the second shantytown in the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, and listened to Mr. Luan Jingyang, the deputy director of the Henan Provincial Academy of Building Sciences, give a comprehensive explanation and authoritative interpretation of building thermal insulation integration.

 

Subsequently, the inspection team conducted a field inspection of the project.

It is reported that the first to third shantytowns in the Hedong area of the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone (Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone) are key livelihood projects of the government. The project is located 300 meters north of the intersection of Lianghu Avenue and Taihu Road in the Zhengzhou Airport District, adjacent to the planned consulate area. The total construction area is 4.71 million square meters, with 157 buildings planned, which can accommodate about 50,000 residents. This project is the largest "super livelihood project" that started construction simultaneously in the national first airport economic development pilot zone.

The project is undertaken by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and adopts the SW building structure thermal insulation integration developed by Henan DeJiaLi Technology Development Co., Ltd. Compared with the external wall insulation technology, it not only effectively solves the problem of the thermal insulation system having the same lifespan as the building structure but also enhances performance in terms of earthquake resistance and safety, meeting the requirements for building thermal insulation and fire prevention. It also addresses potential hazards such as cracks, hollowing, leakage, falling off, and fire that may arise from external wall sticking and external insulation layer technology; solves the maintenance issues of external insulation in the later stage; and provides conditions for the diversification of external wall decorative surfaces.

The use of SW building structure thermal insulation integration complies with national energy conservation and emission reduction industrial policies and is an effective way to deepen building energy conservation work and develop green buildings. Innovations in building structure thermal insulation integration, temporary and permanent combination, and green construction technologies ensure that thermal insulation and building have the same lifespan, are practical, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and emission-reducing, significantly reducing production costs. The project achieves good benefits in aspects such as engineering technology innovation, deep integration of new generation information technology with engineering sites, and project innovative concepts, providing valuable experience for the industry.
