The Provincial Construction Technology Association organized a research and observation of the integrated insulation structure project of Dejiali Architecture.
On the morning of December 18, organized by the Provincial Construction Technology Association, leaders, experts, and industry colleagues from over 40 units, including the Provincial Engineering Survey and Design Industry Association, Luoyang Construction Technology and Education Association, Xinxiang Green Building Association, as well as the Provincial Academy of Building Sciences, Provincial Textile Design Institute, Provincial Direct Design Company, Henan Le Tu Bao Co., Ltd., etc., conducted on-site research and observation of the new building technology and system of the NBW(SW) built-in insulation project at the site of the third section of the second shantytown of the Zhengzhou Airport, led by Hu Chenghai, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Provincial Construction Technology Association, Zhang Shouli, Secretary-General of the Provincial Engineering Survey and Design Industry Association, Li Jianmin, Chief Engineer of the Provincial Academy of Building Sciences, and Li Mingxian, Chairman of De Jiali Group.

The total construction area of the third section of the second shantytown project is 4.71 million square meters, planning to build 157 buildings, which can accommodate about 50,000 residents. The project team is committed to creating a smart construction site that integrates "technology, demonstration, and standardization" by utilizing intelligent systems, cloud storage, big data, and other smart construction technologies to achieve orderly and efficient operation of personnel, materials, and machinery across multiple plots and large-scale projects, ensuring that hundreds of construction machines, over 80,000 tons of steel bars, 900,000 square meters of formwork, 500,000 cubic meters of concrete, and nearly 3,000 workers can work simultaneously at peak times.
The NBW built-in insulation structure integrated system used on the project site combines insulation and thermal insulation functions with the protective structure function, allowing the walls to meet current building energy-saving standards without additional insulation measures. It also has good fire resistance, achieving the same lifespan for the building and insulation, while solving issues such as difficult pouring, easy mold running, and construction difficulties. The NBW(SW) insulation building structure integrated system developed by Henan De Jiali Technology Development Co., Ltd. used on the construction site, compared to external wall insulation technology, not only effectively solves the lifespan issue of the insulation system and the building body but also enhances seismic and safety performance, while meeting building insulation and fire prevention requirements. It also addresses potential hazards such as cracks, hollow sounds, leaks, detachment, and fire risks associated with external wall insulation, and resolves post-maintenance issues for external insulation, while providing conditions for the diversification of external wall decorative finishes. It is reported that on November 16, during the annual academic conference of the Construction Society of China held in Zhengzhou, and on November 25, during the third second council of the Henan Provincial Construction Industry Association, experts and scholars were organized to conduct on-site observations at the third section of the second shantytown project of the Zhengzhou Airport, where the integrated insulation structure system developed by De Jiali Company received full recognition from the attending leaders, experts, and leaders of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and has also received widespread praise in the market.

During this research and observation, experts also engaged in multi-faceted and in-depth discussions on issues such as building technology innovation and implementation, and the China State Construction Cloud Smart Construction Management System.
