Brick-shaped real stone paint First, design the brick dimensions according to requirements, then create a brick-shaped mold using a wooden frame on the wall that has been coated with a primer. Spray the paint, and remove the wooden frame before the real stone paint has dried completely. Vertical surface spraying Use the circular spraying method, maintaining a distance of 30cm-40cm, and spray in circles with a radius of about 15cm while occasionally shaking the spray gun up and down. This method allows for fast and even spraying, making it easy to control. If a row-by-row overlapping spraying method is used, the speed will be slow, and it will be difficult to control the evenness at the vertical joints, which will affect the appearance and cause defects in the coating. Roman column spraying Since it is cylindrical, the "M" line spraying method is used.

Brick-shaped true stone paint

First, design the brick shape dimensions as required, then use a wooden frame to create the brick shape mold on the wall that has been coated with a primer. Spray it on, and remove the wooden frame before the true stone paint has dried on the surface.

Vertical surface spraying

Use the circular spraying method, maintaining a distance of 30cm-40cm, spraying in circles with a radius of about 15cm while occasionally shaking the spray gun up and down. This allows for a fast and even spray that is easy to control. If using a row-by-row overlapping spray method, the speed is slow, and it is difficult to control the evenness at the vertical joints, which will affect the appearance and cause defects in the coating.

Roman column spraying

Since it is cylindrical, use the "M" line spraying method, maintaining a distance of about 40cm. The spray gun should be perpendicular to the column surface, spraying from top to bottom. Spray one side well before turning to the other side, with a turning angle of about 60 degrees.

Square column spraying

Square columns have sharp edges, which can easily become blurred due to uneven spraying. To facilitate spraying, spray the edges from a distance of about 50cm. Spraying from a distance allows the mist to disperse, covering a large area evenly. If the distance is too close, it can easily result in thick and uneven spraying, making the edges and lines less visible, thus losing the overall aesthetic of the original architecture.

Cylindrical small gourd spraying

Modern architecture often uses cylindrical small gourds for railing decoration, which generally require spraying with true stone paint. Due to their small and exquisite nature, the spraying process for them is more meticulous. For gourd columns used in railing decoration, if sprayed from too close a distance, some areas cannot be sprayed directly. Therefore, the usual spraying method cannot achieve the desired effect. Use a small nozzle for spraying, maintaining a distance of about 40cm, and quickly spray the true stone paint from top to bottom, one side at a time. For areas that cannot be sprayed directly, use a shaking spray gun method to spray the surrounding areas as much as possible. Then, use a brush to smooth the true stone paint. Areas that were not sprayed can also be lightly brushed with a layer; then spray again with the spray gun. It should not be too thin or too thick, just enough to cover the brush marks. If it is too thin, it will not provide good protection; if too thick, it will cover the original line aesthetics and may lead to cracks or other undesirable surface phenomena.
