To vigorously promote the application of integrated building insulation and structure technology, on December 21, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of the Jiyuan Demonstration Zone organized a meeting for all real estate development companies in the city to advance the work of building insulation and structure integration. It was required that real estate companies set an example in promoting new technologies, actively apply building insulation and structure integration technology, improve the quality of new properties, and enhance the sense of gain and happiness among the public.
Currently, the external wall insulation systems used in the Jiyuan construction market have many problems, such as poor durability, difficulty in meeting the design lifespan of the main structure of the building, and susceptibility to cracking and falling off, which poses certain safety hazards. Therefore, implementing green buildings and promoting building insulation and structure integration technology has become an inevitable trend and is urgent.
Building insulation and structure integration technology is an innovative technology that combines the functions of building insulation and wall enclosure. It has good durability and fire prevention characteristics, with advantages such as insulation and structure having the same lifespan and convenient construction. Accelerating the promotion and application of building insulation and structure integration technology is an inevitable requirement for building ecological cities, an important carrier for improving housing quality, and a crucial guarantee for the safety of people's lives and property. To this end, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of the Jiyuan Demonstration Zone has researched and issued the "Notice on Further Promoting the Work of Building Insulation and Structure Integration Technology," requiring that from January 1, 2022, all new, expanded, and renovated civil buildings within the planning area of the demonstration zone must fully adopt building insulation and structure integration technology in their design and construction.
