It solves the drawbacks of traditional external insulation, such as easy falling off and fire hazards, responds to the national requirements for promoting green buildings, promotes the implementation of green building materials production and application actions, and drives the sustainable development of China's green residential industrialization, bringing revolutionary breakthroughs to building energy conservation.
"NBW Structural Insulation Integrated Technology" is a new type of integrated building structure technology independently developed by Dejiali Group. This technology embeds a permanent insulation material into the wall, forming a new composite reinforced concrete shear wall structure system. The three-layer mesh structure ensures that the insulation board does not shift or deform during the pouring process, allowing ordinary concrete to be poured and constructed, achieving the same lifespan for insulation and structure, with seismic performance reaching level 8, fire resistance meeting the national "Building Design Fire Protection Code" Class A standard, energy saving exceeding 75%, and saving more than 50 days in construction time. The building does not require maintenance or replacement of the insulation layer throughout its entire lifecycle, solving problems such as wall cracking, high maintenance costs, fire hazards, and environmental pollution caused by traditional insulation technologies.
