Exterior Water-based Fluorocarbon Paint D-FC-206
This product is an environmentally friendly single-component fluorocarbon emulsion paint, primarily composed of high-performance water-based fluororesin. It features excellent durability, ease of application, cleanliness, health protection, and long-lasting gloss and color retention. It is suitable for all types of building interior and exterior walls, roofs, and various building materials, providing a fully eco-friendly and ultra-durable decorative protective coating.
Product features include ultra-durability, gloss and color retention, and a fresh appearance over time. Compared to traditional fluorine paints, it does not require curing agents or thinners, making application simpler as it can be applied directly. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless. It has strong adhesion, is waterproof and mold-resistant, and is resistant to acids and alkalis.
Physical parameters:
- Color: Refer to the Dejiali color card or according to user requirements.
- Gloss: Matte.
- Solid content: ≥50%.
- Density: (1.30~1.40) grams per milliliter.
- Drying time: Surface dry in less than 2 hours.
Steel Structure Anti-Corrosion Fluorocarbon Primer D-FC-603
The primer consists of composite resin, ultra-fine powder, additives, and solvents, packaged in A and B two-component sets. When using, the two components should be mixed in the specified ratio.
Characteristics: This primer has excellent permeability and adhesion, and can be directly applied to the surfaces of steel structural components with oxidized skin, floating rust, and firmly adhered old paint spots. This paint serves as a matching primer for D-FC-203 steel structure anti-corrosion fluorocarbon paint, and can also be used with other (excluding phenolic resin type) topcoats.
Uses: It is used as an anti-corrosive primer for ships, highway guardrails, ports, outdoor machinery, transmission towers, microwave transmission towers, offshore drilling platforms, petrochemical equipment, bridges, containers, etc.
Application Reference: 1. Surface requirements of the object to be painted: free of oil stains and dust; oxidized iron skin, floating rust, and firmly adhered old paint spots are allowed. 2. Application method: spraying or brushing is acceptable. 3. Application requirements: the thickness of the paint film (after drying) is 30 microns, drying time (at 25°C) is 24 hours, and the interval time between each coat is 8 to 48 hours. 4. Mixing the primer: the ratio is A:B = 23:1, mix evenly with a special thinner for the primer, and let it mature for 20 minutes before use. The effective usage period (at 25°C) is 5 hours. 5. The interval time between each coat: after the last coat of primer is completed, apply the topcoat after 8 hours.
Storage: Components A and B should be stored separately in a cool, dry place away from fire sources; shelf life is one year. Packaging: 24kg/set.
Precautions: 1. When mixing this paint, components A and B must be thoroughly mixed. 2. Application environment: temperature between 5 to 40°C, relative humidity < 85%.
Fluorocarbon paint special intermediate paint D-FC-301
This product is made from imported high-weather-resistant acrylic resin as the main base material, combined with titanium white and other pigment fillers, additives, and solvents. The product is packaged in a two-component system, A and B.
Product Features: The paint film of this product is tough, has good adhesion, high hardness, and excellent sanding properties, which can enhance the filling properties of the primer and the adhesion between the primer and the topcoat. It is mainly used for intermediate coatings on automobiles, trains, bridges, building exteriors, steel structures, etc. It can be applied over cathodic electrophoretic primers, amine-cured epoxy primers, and unsaturated polyester putties. It is also suitable for coating materials such as properly treated steel, aluminum alloys, ABS plastics, wood, and ceramics, enhancing the fullness of the topcoat and improving its decorative effect.
Physical Parameters: Solid content: ≥50% Density: (1.10 ~ 1.35) grams per milliliter.
Single-component epoxy sealing primer D-FC-601
This product is a new generation of improved single-component, room temperature drying primer for construction, featuring strong adhesion, high permeability, moisture resistance, and easy application. It can be used as a matching primer for fluorocarbon topcoats and also as a sealing primer for various wall surfaces.

Two-component epoxy sealing primer D-FC-602
This product is a coating for cement structures in construction, primarily composed of modified special epoxy resin. It comes in a room temperature curing type A and B two-component packaging, featuring excellent sealing properties and alkali resistance. Using this product can enhance the sealing performance on damp cement substrates and improve the fullness and decorative properties of the topcoat. It can be used as a sealing and protective coating for the surfaces of cement structures, underground engineering cement substrates, and concrete bridges. The product characteristics allow for application on damp cement substrates, including surfaces of cement structures that have been soaked by rain after curing (moisture content ≤ 15%). It has strong adhesion, good hardness, and sandability. With high solid content and good filling properties, it can be applied thickly in one coat, thus shortening the project timeline.
This product is formulated with various organic solvents and serves as a thinner suitable for different types of Dejiari paint. Product features include excellent solubility and dilution properties, appropriate evaporation rate, and good compatibility.
Designated use and physical parameters:
- Color: Clear and transparent liquid, free of suspended matter.
- Density: (0.80~0.95) grams/milliliter.
- Flash point: (25~35) °C.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year.
Application instructions: Add an appropriate amount to the paint being used, and mix thoroughly using mechanical or manual stirring until the desired application viscosity is reached. Allow to stand until bubbles disappear before applying. Mixing D-X-1 with other thinners is strictly prohibited.
Safety and environmental instructions: Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. Ensure good ventilation on-site. The paint contains flammable components; keep away from fire sources and prohibit smoking in nearby areas. Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Exterior Water-based Metal Fluorocarbon Paint D-FC-207
This product is a fluorocarbon coating made from high-performance water-based fluororesin, water-based aluminum silver paste, and special additives, suitable for the decoration and renovation of various high-end building exteriors. Silicone-Modified Acrylic Exterior Wall Latex Paint
This product uses imported organic silicon acrylic emulsion as the base material and water as the dispersing medium, making it an environmentally friendly architectural latex paint. By introducing organic silicon into the acrylic resin, it forms a composite coating of organic and inorganic materials, thereby enhancing the stain resistance and durability of the latex paint. Product Description

Product Features
1. The Si-O bond in the organic silicon of the silicon-acrylic emulsion has a bond energy that is 27% higher than the organic C-C bond in general latex paint base materials, so the silicon-acrylic exterior latex paint has outstanding durability and weather resistance.
2. It has a very low surface tension, resulting in low water absorption and good water vapor permeability for the silicon-acrylic exterior latex paint made from it.
3. When the latex paint dries and forms a film, the siloxane can hydrolyze, forming a tightly interpenetrating network of Si-O-Si structures, giving the coating excellent adhesion and water resistance.

Construction Instructions
Surface Treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, firm, and free of dust.
For new walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps promptly.
For repainting walls, scrape off the existing paint film with a scraper and fill and smooth the surface. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-painted substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction Method: Brush or roller application.
Mixing and Dilution: This product should not be diluted with water in principle; however, if the construction environment temperature is too high, a small amount of water may be added for dilution, not exceeding 3%. After dilution, mix thoroughly again. Construction Conditions: Construction temperature above 5°C; maximum relative humidity of 85%. Recoat Interval: No less than 2 hours (23°C).
Tool Cleaning: Clean all tools immediately with water after painting.
Precautions: After applying the silicon-acrylic exterior latex paint, consider that the paint requires a week of water avoidance time. During this period, the silicon-acrylic exterior latex paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not completely dry and gets rained on, the paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rainwater on the paint after application.

Complies with GB/T9755-2001 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Exterior Wall Coatings" and GB 24408-2009 "Limit of Harmful Substances in Exterior Wall Coatings for Buildings" standards.
Health and Safety
