Introduction
Product Description
This product is a coating for cement structures in construction, primarily composed of modified special epoxy resin, packaged in a two-component A and B system that cures at room temperature. It has excellent sealing properties and alkali resistance, and using this product can enhance the sealing performance on damp cement substrates, improving the fullness and decorative performance of the topcoat. It can be used as a sealing and protective coating for the surfaces of cement structures, underground engineering cement substrates, and concrete bodies of bridges.
Product Features
Can be applied to the surfaces of cement structures that have been wet by rain after curing (moisture content ≤ 15%).
Strong adhesion, good hardness, and sandability.
High solid content, good filling properties, can be applied thickly in one go, shortening project duration.
Physical Parameters
Mixing ratio: A:B=10:1~1.5 (subject to packaging label).
Drying time: surface dry ≤ 4 hours (23+2) ℃. Fully dry < 24 hours (23+2) ℃.
Coating interval time: 24 hours.
Solid content: ≥ 45% theoretical coverage rate: (4~6) square meters/kilogram. Packaging: 20 kilograms/set.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, shelf life 1 year.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Putty layer should be flat, free of oil stains, dust, the substrate should be firm, and without obvious bumps.
Construction methods: spraying, brushing, rolling.
Mixing and dilution: Mix components A and B in the specified ratio and stir evenly. After curing for 20 minutes, adjust to the construction viscosity with the matching thinner, with a dilution amount of (0~20)%. Film thickness: dry film: (30~35) microns (can be adjusted according to substrate conditions). Construction conditions: construction temperature (5~40) °C (excluding substrate temperature) maximum relative humidity ≤ 85%.
Tool cleaning: D-X-1 thinner.
Safety and Environmental Instructions
Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with water. The site must be well-ventilated. The paint contains flammable components, please keep away from sparks and do not smoke in nearby areas. Follow all health and safety regulations on site.
