Introduction
Product Description
This product is an environmentally friendly single-component fluorocarbon emulsion paint made from high-performance water-based fluororesin as the main component. It has excellent durability, ease of application, cleanliness, health protection, and long-term outstanding gloss and color retention performance. It is suitable for all environmentally friendly ultra-durable decorative protective coatings for various building interior and exterior walls, roofs, and various building materials.

Compared to traditional fluorine coatings, it does not require curing agents and thinners; the application is simpler and can be applied directly. Environmentally friendly and healthy, non-toxic and odorless.
Strong adhesion, waterproof, mildew-resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
Physical Parameters
Color: Refer to the Dejiali color card or according to user requirements. Gloss: Matte. Solid content: ≥50%.
Density: (1.30~1.40) grams per milliliter.
Drying time: Surface dry in less than 2 hours.
Temperature: (23+2) ℃.
Curing time: 7 days, (23+2) ℃.
Theoretical coverage rate: (8~10) square meters/kilogram (dry film thickness 30 microns).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, effective storage period of 1 year.
Packaging: 20kg/barrel.
Application Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar. If there are voids, fill them with putty. Use a scraper to remove the wall surface, fill and smooth it out, or use other appropriate methods as needed. Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10%. The pH value must not exceed 10. Application methods: brushing, rolling, spraying.
Application conditions: Construction temperature above 5 ℃, maximum relative humidity of 85%, avoid construction on rainy days.
Recommended matching: Primer: D-FC-601 one coat; Intermediate coat: D-FC-302 two coats; Topcoat: D-FC-206 two coats; Thinning: No thinning required, better effect.
Film thickness: Dry film: 60 microns.
Coating interval: Minimum 2 hours. Temperature (23+2) ℃.
Tool cleaning: Clean tools immediately with water after painting.
Safety and Environmental Instructions
Avoid contact of the paint with skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with skin, rinse with clean water. Comply with all safety and health regulations on site.
