Introduction
Product Description
This product is a new generation of improved single-component room temperature drying primer for construction, featuring strong adhesion, high permeability, moisture resistance, and easy application. It can be used as a base coat for fluorocarbon topcoats and also as a sealing primer for various wall surfaces.

Physical Parameters
Color: White. Solid content: ≥30%. Flash point: above 25℃.
Drying time: surface dry in 30 minutes, fully dry in 24 hours; temperature (23±2) ℃. Theoretical coverage rate: (6~8) square meters/kilogram.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, with a shelf life of 1 year. Packaging: 18 kg bucket.
Application Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free of grease, rust, and other debris.
Wall moisture content ≤8%, PH ≤10; for floating dust, it can be blown off with compressed air or swept with a clean brush.
Old paint film treatment: scrape off with a putty knife, fill and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate. For mold treatment: first scrape off the mold with tools, apply a mold-resistant solvent, then wash with clean water and air dry. For grease treatment: first remove with a degreasing detergent, then thoroughly wash with clean water and air dry.
Application method: Suitable for conventional spraying, brushing, and rolling.
Application conditions: Application temperature (5~40) ℃; relative humidity less than 75%. Dilution: No dilution required, apply directly by rolling or spraying. Coating interval: minimum 6 hours, temperature (23±2) ℃. Tool cleaning: with clean water.
Safety and Environmental Instructions
Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated. The paint contains flammable components, please keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in nearby areas. Comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
