Introduction
Product Description
This product is a fluorocarbon coating made from high-performance water-based fluororesin, water-based aluminum silver paste, and special additives, suitable for the decoration and renovation of various high-end building facades.

Physical Parameters
Solid content: ≥35%; Color: Refer to the Dejiali color card or according to user requirements.
Density: (0.97~1.25) grams per milliliter.
Drying time: surface dry in 2 hours, fully dry in 24 hours, temperature (23+2) ℃. Maintenance time: 7 days, (23+2)℃.
Theoretical coverage rate: (8~10) square meters/kilogram (dry film thickness 30 microns). Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, shelf life 1 year. Packaging: 18kg/barrel.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar. If there are voids, fill them with putty. For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove, fill, and sand smooth or use other appropriate methods as needed. Ensure the moisture of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10%. The pH value must not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, spraying.
Construction conditions: Construction temperature above 5℃, maximum relative humidity 85%, avoid construction on rainy days.
Recommended Matching:
1. Primer: D-FC-601 (first coat);
2. Intermediate coat: D-FC-302 (second coat);
3. Topcoat: D-FC-207 (second coat);
4. Finish coat: D-FC-209 (final coat). Dilution: No dilution needed, better effect. Film thickness: dry film 60 microns.
Coating interval: minimum 2 hours, temperature (23+2)℃. Tool cleaning: Clean immediately with water after painting.
Safety and Environmental Instructions
Avoid contact of the paint with skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with skin, rinse with clean water. Follow all safety and health regulations on site.
