Introduction
Product Description
This product is a durable, environmentally friendly self-cleaning two-component fluorocarbon emulsion coating, with water-based fluororesin as the main component. It has excellent durability, ease of application, cleanliness, health protection, and long-term outstanding gloss and color retention performance.

Excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, strong scrub resistance, and strong adhesion. Excellent wall cleanliness, wall stains can be wiped clean immediately. Waterproof, mold-resistant, acid rain resistant, and salt spray resistant. Non-toxic, fresh smell, and safe to use.
Special Parameters
Color: Please refer to the Dejiali color card, or can be specially formulated according to customer requirements.
Solid content: ≥50%.
Drying time: surface dry in 2 hours (23±2)℃, fully dry in 24 hours (23±2)℃.
Theoretical coverage rate: (3.5~4.5) square meters/kilogram (two coats).
Mixing ratio: Component A: Component B = 40:1
Usable period: Construction temperature (5~25)℃, use within 6 hours; construction temperature (26~40)℃, use within 4 hours.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place at 0~35℃, with a shelf life of 6 months. Packaging: 20 kilograms/set.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm before painting.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar. Repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the original paint film, fill and smooth with putty. Use appropriate methods as needed.
Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate is not greater than 10%, and the pH value is not greater than 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, spraying.
Construction conditions: construction temperature (5~40)℃, maximum relative humidity 85%. Recommended matching: Primer: alkali-resistant sealing primer D-FC-601 (one coat), intermediate coat: water-based fluorocarbon paint special intermediate coat D-FC-302 (two coats), topcoat: self-cleaning exterior wall water-based fluorocarbon paint D-FC-208 (two coats). Dilution: This product can be directly applied to the wall, and up to 5% tap water can be added as needed. Coating interval: more than 8 hours.
Tool cleaning: Clean all tools immediately with water after painting.
Safety and Environmental Protection Instructions
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
