Water-based low to medium temperature baking paint
This product is made from multi-functional water-based resins, special functional additives, and refined pigments, suitable for the protection and decorative coating of various machinery and equipment. Different colors can be formulated according to user requirements.
Widely used for: surface coating of various metal materials and products such as automobiles, motorcycles, and electromechanical equipment.
Product features:
1. Non-toxic, harmless, no irritating odor, high environmental protection product;
2. Strong adhesion for one-time coating on complex substrates, excellent resistance to organic solvents and salt spray corrosion, aging resistance, and heat resistance;
3. Low to medium temperature baking can achieve a full paint film, soft gloss, wear and scratch resistance, and long-lasting quality requirements;
4. Baking temperature of 40-120°C, baking time of 20-30 minutes, saving labor, time, and energy consumption, significantly reducing production costs.
Concrete sealing and curing agent
Construction Process: 1. First, thoroughly grind the floor using grinding discs with a mesh size of 50 to 300, and clean the floor dust completely with a vacuum cleaner or other tools, allowing the floor's capillaries to fully absorb the material; continue grinding until the surface feels smooth before applying (1:1 diluted with water). 2. After the floor dries, apply 1 to 3 coats of (1:1 diluted with water) until the substrate no longer absorbs it. (Within 0.5 to 1 hour, spray clean water and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface, and use a vacuum cleaner to remove excess material from pits and capillaries.) Otherwise, after the surface dries, excess crystallization may occur due to surplus material. Allow it to cure naturally for 4 to 12 hours, depending on the substrate condition and weather. 3. After curing and once the floor is completely dry, grind it with 500 to 800 mesh discs 1 to 2 times, and clean the surface with a vacuum cleaner. 4. Once the floor is dry, use a sprayer to evenly apply the curing agent on the floor (within about 20 to 30 minutes, spray clean water and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface, and use a vacuum cleaner to remove excess material from pits and capillaries), then let it react for about 20 to 40 minutes before performing fine grinding with 1000 to 3000 mesh discs until the desired finish is achieved.
Durable and economical epoxy flooring
Thickness: 0.3mm, 0.5mm. Floor characteristics: seamless dustproof, wear-resistant and non-slip, acid and alkali resistant, mold and water resistant, easy to clean, simple maintenance, beautiful appearance, diverse colors, easy construction, low cost. Applicable range: 1. Clothing factories, printing factories, toy factories, textile factories; 2. Warehouses, parking lots, electronics factories, product factories, and other places without heavy pressure. Construction process: 1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have been treated for waterproofing; 2. Base treatment: Grind, repair, and dust removal according to the condition of the base; 3. Newly completed cement floors need to undergo a certain curing period before construction (generally about 3 weeks in summer, about 6 weeks in winter). The floor must be hard, flat, free of oil stains, with moisture content <6%, strength >24, flatness ≤2mm/M, PH < 8; 4. Epoxy sealing primer: Apply one or two coats of highly penetrating and adhesive epoxy sealing primer according to the condition of the floor to enhance surface adhesion; 5. Scraping epoxy self-leveling intermediate coat: Mix the paint and hardener in the correct ratio, and apply several coats as needed, ensuring a flat surface without holes, knife marks, or sanding marks.
Construction Process: 1. First, rough grind the surface to be constructed, clean the dust, and perform waterproof treatment; 2. If the surface is dry, it needs to be moistened beforehand. Without any standing water, spray the concrete anchoring agent, and during the time the concrete anchoring agent is evaporating, quickly mix coarse sand, fine sand, and cement thoroughly in a certain ratio, then add the concrete anchoring agent evenly, ensuring there are no dry powders. Apply this mixture directly onto the surface that has been sprayed with the concrete anchoring agent. Depending on the situation, one to two coats may be applied.
Anti-static epoxy thick film flooring
Construction parameters: The mixing ratio for epoxy sealing primer is base paint: hardener = 2:1 (weight ratio) with a reference usage of 0.2 kg/m² (for two coats); the mixing ratio for epoxy mortar intermediate coat is base paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) with reference usage depending on the film thickness, and an appropriate amount of quartz sand can be added to enhance hardness and wear resistance based on the ground conditions. The mixing ratio for anti-static primer is base paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) with a reference usage of 0.2 kg/m² (for two coats); the mixing ratio for solvent-based anti-static epoxy topcoat is base paint: hardener = 3:1 (weight ratio) with a reference usage of 0.2-0.3 kg/m² (for two coats); Construction conditions: It is recommended to use above 10°C to avoid condensation of moisture, and the construction surface must be dry and clean, with relative humidity < 80%. Self-leveling trowel-type epoxy flooring
Thickness: 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm
Floor characteristics: flat and seamless, wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, resistant to chemical agents, diverse colors, easy to clean, durable, strong impact resistance.
Applicable range: 1. GMP pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, clean rooms; 2. Electronics factories, control rooms, food processing plants, refrigeration rooms, freezing rooms.
Construction process: 1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have been treated for waterproofing; 2. Base treatment: Grind, repair, and dust removal according to the condition of the base; 3. Newly completed cement floors need to undergo a certain curing period before construction (generally about 3 weeks in summer, about 6 weeks in winter). The floor must be hard, flat, free of oil stains, moisture content < 6%, strength > 24, flatness ≤ 2mm/M, pH < 8; 4. Epoxy sealing primer: Use a highly penetrating and adhesive epoxy sealing primer for rolling - one or two coats, to enhance surface adhesion; 5. Epoxy mortar intermediate coat: Mix the paint and hardener in the correct ratio, add an appropriate amount of quartz sand according to the condition of the floor and coating requirements, mix thoroughly, pour onto the sealed base, and directly scrape or trowel with a trowel; operations should be uniform, and seams should be even and natural.
Anti-static self-leveling mortar flooring
Thickness: 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm. Floor characteristics: can eliminate and prevent the generation of static electricity or electromagnetic waves, avoiding static sparks and electromagnetic interference and damage. Applicable range: 1. Electronics, computer manufacturing, packaging, and computer control centers; 2. Light industrial factories, offices, warehouses, etc., requiring anti-static cooperation as floor decorative paint.
Thickness: 3.0mm, 5.0mm; Floor characteristics: scratch-resistant, anti-slip, unlimited color combinations, heavy load resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, aesthetically pleasing. Applicable range: 1. Food factories, grease and meat processing plants; 2. Chemical plants, heavy machinery factories, hardware factories; 3. Automobile manufacturing plants, shipyards, sales companies, etc. Construction process: 1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have been treated for waterproofing; 2. Base treatment: Depending on the condition of the base, perform grinding, repair, and dust removal; 3. Newly completed concrete floors need to undergo a certain curing period before construction (generally about 3 weeks in summer, about 6 weeks in winter). The floor must be hard, flat, free of oil stains, with moisture content <6%, strength >24, flatness ≤2mm/M, PH <8. 4. Epoxy sealing primer: Depending on the condition of the floor, apply one or two coats of highly penetrating and adhesive epoxy sealing primer to enhance surface adhesion; 5. Epoxy colored sand intermediate coat: Mix paint and hardener in proportion, then add an appropriate amount of colored sand, and evenly apply one coat with a trowel; 6. Epoxy transparent topcoat: Evenly roll on two coats of epoxy transparent topcoat or apply one coat with a trowel, ensuring the overall floor is bright, clean, uniformly colored, and free of blisters. 7. Completion of construction: Can be walked on after 24 hours, can bear heavy loads after 72 hours, and can be used after 7 days of complete curing (based on 25°C, lower temperatures require appropriate extension of open time).
Single-component acrylic floor (oil-based cement paint)
Thickness: 0.3mm. Floor characteristics: easy to use with a single component, low cost, quick drying, convenient construction, strong adhesion, dustproof, and diverse colors. Applicable range: 1. Various factories, offices, and other places with low requirements; 2. Warehouses and factories without heavy pressure and chemical solvents. Construction process: 1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have been treated for waterproofing; 2. Base treatment: Perform grinding, repair, and dust removal according to the condition of the base; 3. Newly completed cement floors need to undergo a certain curing period before construction (generally about 3 weeks in summer and about 6 weeks in winter). The floor must be hard, flat, free of oil stains, with a moisture content <6%, strength >24, flatness ≤2mm/M, and pH <8; 4. Acrylic topcoat: Apply two coats of topcoat with a roller, ensuring the overall floor is bright, clean, and uniformly colored after completion. Completion of construction: Can be walked on after 12 hours, and can bear heavy loads after 48 hours (based on 25°C, lower temperatures require an appropriate extension of open time). Construction conditions: The construction surface must be clean and dry, with environmental humidity ≤80%, and 40~60% is optimal. During construction and drying in narrow spaces, good ventilation should be maintained.
