Introduction
Thickness: 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm
Floor characteristics: flat and seamless, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, chemical resistant, diverse colors, easy to clean, durable, strong impact resistance.
Applicable scope:
1. GMP pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, clean rooms; 2. Electronics factories, instrument control rooms, food processing plants, refrigeration rooms, freezing rooms.
Construction process:
1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have been treated for waterproofing;
2. Base treatment: Grind, repair, and dust removal according to the condition of the base;
3. Newly completed cement floors need to be constructed after a certain curing period (generally about 3 weeks in summer, about 6 weeks in winter). The ground must be hard, flat, free of oil stains, moisture content <6%, strength >24, flatness ≤2mm/M, PH <8;
4. Epoxy sealing primer: Use a highly permeable and adhesive epoxy sealing primer for rolling - one or two coats, to enhance surface adhesion;
5. Epoxy mortar intermediate coat: Mix paint and hardener in the correct ratio, add an appropriate amount of quartz sand according to the ground condition and coating requirements, stir thoroughly, pour onto the sealed base, and directly scrape or trowel with a trowel; operations should be uniform, and seams should be even and natural.
6. Epoxy self-leveling intermediate coat: Mix paint and hardener in the correct ratio, then directly scrape several coats with a trowel, requiring a flat surface without voids, trowel marks, or sanding marks;
7. Epoxy self-leveling topcoat: Use self-leveling epoxy topcoat to evenly trowel one coat, ensuring the overall floor is bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollow spots;
8. Completion of construction: Can be walked on after 24 hours, can be re-pressed after 72 hours, and can be used after 7 days of complete curing (based on 25°C, low temperature requires appropriate extension of opening time)
Construction parameters:
Mixing ratio of epoxy sealing primer: main paint: hardener = 2:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage 0.2kg/m (two coats)
Mixing ratio of epoxy mortar intermediate coat: main paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage depends on the thickness of the paint film, and an appropriate amount of quartz can be added according to the ground condition.
Add sand to enhance hardness and wear resistance; Mixing ratio of epoxy self-leveling intermediate coat: main paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage depends on the thickness of the paint film. Mixing ratio of epoxy self-leveling topcoat: main paint: hardener = 4:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage depends on the thickness of the paint film.
Construction conditions: It is recommended to use at 10°C~40°C. To avoid condensation, the construction base must be dry and clean, and the relative humidity of the air < 80%.
