Introduction
Thickness: 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm
Floor characteristics: can eliminate and prevent static electricity or electromagnetic waves, avoiding static sparks and electromagnetic interference and damage.
Applicable scope:
1. Electronics, computer production, packaging, and computer control centers;
2. Light industrial factories, offices, warehouses, etc. that require anti-static cooperation as floor decorative paint.
Construction process:
1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have been treated for waterproofing;
2. Base treatment: Grind, repair, and dust removal according to the condition of the base;
3. Newly completed cement floors need to undergo a certain maintenance period before construction (generally about 3 weeks in summer, about 6 weeks in winter). The ground must be hard, flat, free of oil stains, moisture content <6%, strength >24, flatness ≤2mm/M, PH<8.
4. Epoxy sealing primer: Use a highly permeable and adhesive epoxy sealing primer to roll on one or two coats according to the ground condition to enhance surface adhesion;
5. Epoxy mortar intermediate coat: Mix the paint and hardener in the correct ratio, add an appropriate amount of quartz sand according to the ground condition and coating requirements, stir thoroughly, pour onto the base coated with sealing primer, and directly scrape or trowel with a trowel; the operation should be uniform, and the seams should be even and natural.
6. Laying copper mesh: Lay a closed loop 50~100cm from the construction edge, with evenly spaced copper foil mesh laid transversely and longitudinally at intervals of 3~6 meters. Ground according to GBJ97 method. Ground resistance is less than 42.
7. Anti-static primer: Use a highly permeable and adhesive anti-static primer to roll on two coats, requiring uniform rolling without missed spots; corners and edges should be brushed; after the paint film is dry, determine whether to grind based on flatness. If grinding is needed, thoroughly clean the base after grinding and measure the surface resistance to be below 10*2 before proceeding to the next coat.
8. Anti-static topcoat: Solvent-based anti-static epoxy topcoat rolled on two coats, with a surface resistance of 2.5x10*~ 1x10*2 after curing. The finished floor should be bright, clean, uniform in color, and free of blisters.
9. Completion of construction: Can be walked on after 24 hours, can be re-pressed after 72 hours, and can be used after 7 days of complete curing (based on 25C, low temperature open time needs to be appropriately extended).
Construction parameters:
The ratio of epoxy sealing primer: main paint: hardener = 2:1 (weight ratio) reference usage 0.2kg/m2 (two coats)
The ratio of epoxy mortar intermediate coat: main paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) reference usage depends on the thickness of the paint film, and an appropriate amount of
quartz sand can be added to enhance hardness and wear resistance. The ratio of anti-static primer: main paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) reference usage 0.2kg/m' (two coats)
The ratio of solvent-based anti-static epoxy topcoat: main paint: hardener = 3:1 (weight ratio) reference usage 0.2-0.3kg/㎡ (two coats)
Construction conditions: It is recommended to use above 10C, to avoid condensation of water vapor, the construction base must be dry and clean, and the relative humidity of the air < 80%.
