Compared to traditional fluorine paints, it does not require curing agents or thinners, making application simpler as it can be applied directly. Steel Structure Anti-Corrosion Fluorocarbon Primer D-FC-603
The primer consists of composite resin, ultra-fine powder, additives, and solvents, packaged in A and B two-component sets. When using, the two components should be mixed in the specified ratio.
Characteristics: This primer has excellent permeability and adhesion, and can be directly applied to the surfaces of steel structural components with oxidized skin, floating rust, and firmly adhered old paint spots. This paint serves as a matching primer for D-FC-203 steel structure anti-corrosion fluorocarbon paint, and can also be used with other (excluding phenolic resin type) topcoats.
Uses: It is used as an anti-corrosive primer for ships, highway guardrails, ports, outdoor machinery, transmission towers, microwave transmission towers, offshore drilling platforms, petrochemical equipment, bridges, containers, etc.
Application Reference: 1. Surface requirements of the object to be painted: free of oil stains and dust; oxidized iron skin, floating rust, and firmly adhered old paint spots are allowed. 2. Application method: spraying or brushing is acceptable. 3. Application requirements: the thickness of the paint film (after drying) is 30 microns, drying time (at 25°C) is 24 hours, and the interval time between each coat is 8 to 48 hours. 4. Mixing the primer: the ratio is A:B = 23:1, mix evenly with a special thinner for the primer, and let it mature for 20 minutes before use. The effective usage period (at 25°C) is 5 hours. 5. The interval time between each coat: after the last coat of primer is completed, apply the topcoat after 8 hours.
Storage: Components A and B should be stored separately in a cool, dry place away from fire sources; shelf life is one year. Packaging: 24kg/set.
Precautions: 1. When mixing this paint, components A and B must be thoroughly mixed. 2. Application environment: temperature between 5 to 40°C, relative humidity < 85%.
Fluorocarbon paint special intermediate paint D-FC-301
This product is made from imported high-weather-resistant acrylic resin as the main base material, combined with titanium white and other pigment fillers, additives, and solvents. The product is packaged in a two-component system, A and B.
Product Features: The paint film of this product is tough, has good adhesion, high hardness, and excellent sanding properties, which can enhance the filling properties of the primer and the adhesion between the primer and the topcoat. It is mainly used for intermediate coatings on automobiles, trains, bridges, building exteriors, steel structures, etc. It can be applied over cathodic electrophoretic primers, amine-cured epoxy primers, and unsaturated polyester putties. It is also suitable for coating materials such as properly treated steel, aluminum alloys, ABS plastics, wood, and ceramics, enhancing the fullness of the topcoat and improving its decorative effect.

Single-component epoxy sealing primer D-FC-601
This product is a new generation of improved single-component, room temperature drying primer for construction, featuring strong adhesion, high permeability, moisture resistance, and easy application. It can be used as a matching primer for fluorocarbon topcoats and also as a sealing primer for various wall surfaces.

Two-component epoxy sealing primer D-FC-602
This product is a coating for cement structures in construction, primarily composed of modified special epoxy resin. It comes in a room temperature curing type A and B two-component packaging, featuring excellent sealing properties and alkali resistance. Using this product can enhance the sealing performance on damp cement substrates and improve the fullness and decorative properties of the topcoat. It can be used as a sealing and protective coating for the surfaces of cement structures, underground engineering cement substrates, and concrete bridges. The product characteristics allow for application on damp cement substrates, including surfaces of cement structures that have been soaked by rain after curing (moisture content ≤ 15%). It has strong adhesion, good hardness, and sandability. With high solid content and good filling properties, it can be applied thickly in one coat, thus shortening the project timeline.
