Introduction
Product Description
This product is a durable, environmentally friendly two-component fluorocarbon emulsion coating, with water-based fluororesin as the main component. It has excellent durability, ease of application, cleanliness, health protection, and long-term outstanding gloss and color retention performance.
Product Features
Fresh smell, safe and environmentally friendly.
Super weather resistance, corrosion resistance, strong self-cleaning properties. Strong adhesion, waterproof and mold-proof, acid and alkali resistant. Excellent water resistance and washability.
Physical Parameters
Color: Milky white, slightly yellow. Solid content: ≥35%.
Drying time: Surface dry in 2 hours (23±2) ℃, fully dry in 24 hours (23±2) ℃.
Theoretical coverage rate: (7~8) square meters/kilogram (one coat), (3.5~4.5) square meters/kilogram (two coats). Mixing ratio: Component A: Component B = 40:1.
Usable period: Construction temperature (5~25) ℃, use within 6 hours; construction temperature (26~40) ℃, use within 4 hours. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place at (0~35) ℃, shelf life of 6 months. Packaging: 20 kilograms/set.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm before painting.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar. Repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the existing paint film, fill and smooth with putty. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate is no more than 10%, and the pH value is no more than 10. Application methods: brushing, rolling, spraying.
Construction conditions: Construction temperature (5~40) ℃, maximum relative humidity of 85%.
Recommended matching: Topcoat: Exterior wall water-based fluorocarbon varnish D-FC-209 (1-2 coats)
Dilution: This product can be directly applied to the wall. Up to 5% tap water can be added as needed.
Coating interval: More than 8 hours.
Tool cleaning: Clean all tools with water immediately after painting.
Safety and Environmental Protection Instructions
Avoid contact of the paint with skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with skin, rinse with clean water. Comply with all safety and health regulations on site.
