Introduction
Product Description
This product is a new generation of improved fluorocarbon coating for construction, composed of single-component fluororesin, pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc., which dries at room temperature. It has excellent weather resistance, moisture resistance, and easy application performance. It is suitable for decorative protective coatings for various building interiors, exteriors, roofs, and various building materials.

Excellent weather resistance, moisture resistance, easy application, and outstanding self-cleaning properties. Strong adhesion, high decorative quality, waterproof and mold-resistant.
The paint film has good flexibility, scratch resistance, and washability.
Physical Parameters
Color: Refer to the Dejiali color card, can also be specially formulated according to customer requirements. Gloss: matte, flat. Solid content: ≥50%. Flash point: above 25°C.
Drying time: surface dry in 30 minutes, fully dry in 24 hours, temperature (23+2)°C. Theoretical coverage rate: (8~10) square meters/kilogram.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, with a shelf life of 1 year.
Packaging: Metal paint: 18 kg/set
Solid color paint: 24 kg/set.
Application Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free of grease, rust, and other debris; for floating dust: can be blown off with compressed air or swept with a clean brush.
Old paint film treatment: Remove with a scraper, fill and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate. Mold treatment: first remove the mold with tools, apply a mold-resistant solvent, then wash with clean water and air dry. Grease treatment: first remove with a degreasing detergent, then thoroughly wash with clean water and air dry.
Application method: Suitable for conventional spraying, brushing, and rolling, dilution ratio (0~20)% (by weight).
Application conditions: Application temperature (5~40) °C; relative humidity less than 75%, avoid application in rain, snow, or foggy weather, and prohibit contact with water and alcohols.
Recommended matching: D-FC-601 single-component epoxy sealing primer; D-FC-301 fluorocarbon special intermediate paint; D-FC-204 single-component fluorocarbon paint. Dilution: Adjust to the desired viscosity using D-X-3 thinner.
Film thickness: wet film: (60~70) microns; dry film: (25~30) microns.
Coating interval: minimum (8~12) hours for brushing and rolling, temperature (23+2) C; spraying can be done wet on wet. Tool cleaning: D-X-3 thinner.
Safety and Environmental Instructions
Avoid contact of paint with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated. The paint contains flammable components, please keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in nearby areas. Comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
