Introduction
Product Description
Made from imported high-weather-resistant acrylic resin and resin as the main base material, combined with titanium white and other pigment fillers and additives. This product is a single component.
Product Features
This product has a tough film, good adhesion, high hardness, and good sanding properties, which can improve the filling properties of the primer and the adhesion between the primer and the topcoat.
Mainly used for mid-coating of automobiles, trains, bridges, building exteriors, steel structures, etc., it is also suitable for coating materials such as properly treated steel, aluminum alloy, ABS plastic, wood, and ceramics, which can enhance the fullness of the topcoat and improve its decorative effect.
Physical Parameters
Solid Content: ≥50%
Density: (1.10~1.35) grams per milliliter.
Fineness: ≤30 microns.
Drying Time: Surface dry in 30 minutes, fully dry in 24 hours, completely cured in 7 days, at a temperature of (23±2) °C. Theoretical coverage rate: (8~10) square meters/kilogram (dry film thickness 30 microns). Usable period: to be used within 8 hours after mixing. Temperature (23±2) °C. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of one year.
Packaging: 24 kilograms per barrel.
Construction Instructions
1. The surface of the object to be coated must be free of oil, dust, dry, and protected from other paint mist contamination.
2. After the primer is fully dry, it must be sanded before applying this paint.
3. This coating can be brushed or sprayed. Brushing has slightly higher viscosity, while spraying depends on the type of spray gun, the area to be coated, and the viscosity of the paint, with spraying pressure between 3.5 and 6.0 atmospheres.
4. After spraying the first coat, wait 8 to 10 minutes before applying the second coat, which can have slightly lower viscosity than the first.
5. Dilution: Clean water.
Safety and Environmental Instructions
Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated. The paint contains flammable components, please keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in nearby areas. Follow all health and safety regulations on site.
