Product Description
The "Dejiali" thermal insulation reflective exterior wall coating is made from imported high-quality acrylic emulsion, the latest thermal insulation reflective functional materials, pigments, and additives, crafted using unique technological processes. It is a type of exterior wall paint with various excellent properties, and its thermal insulation and reflective performance is outstanding. This product is safe and non-toxic, making it a green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving coating.
Product Use
Suitable for the decorative energy-saving protection of various new and old exterior walls (including surfaces of objects that need to be insulated from solar radiation heat, such as storage tanks, grain silos, and metal roofs).
Product Characteristics
1. Significant cooling effect, combining multiple cooling functions, with good cooling performance;
2. Free from harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, and ammonia that can harm health, classified as a green and environmentally friendly product;
3. Good self-cleaning properties, with a hydrophobic surface and excellent stain resistance, durable against washing and scrubbing;
4. Good weather resistance, extremely strong weather resistance, excellent UV resistance, with a service life of up to 10 years;
5. Strong waterproof performance, tough coating that does not crack, peel, or age, effectively preventing water leakage;
6. Good adhesion, after application, there will be no cracks, peeling, flaking, or powdering;
7. Easy to apply, can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place without frost (5~35)℃, with a valid storage period of one year.
Application Instructions
Surface Treatment: Before applying the coating, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, firm, and free of dust.
For new walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar. Repair any gaps promptly. For repainting, use a scraper to remove the existing paint film and smooth the surface. Use appropriate methods as needed. If the substrate is metal roofing, it must be treated with a special anti-alkali rust primer. Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Application methods: brushing, rolling.
Mixing and Dilution: Add no more than 10% clean water for dilution based on site conditions. Application Conditions: Construction temperature above 5°C; maximum relative humidity of 85%.
Tool Cleaning: Clean all tools immediately with water after painting.
Precautions: Do not let the thermal insulation reflective coating get wet for 24 hours before and after application; during summer construction, pay attention to wall temperature, working on the shaded side in the morning and the sunny side in the afternoon.

Comply with JC/T10402007 "Thermal Reflective Insulation Coatings for Building Exterior Surfaces" standards.
Health and Safety
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
