Introduction
Product Description
This product is a two-component fluorocarbon paint made from fluorocarbon resin and aluminum silver paste as the main components, formulated with special additives and solvents, suitable for the decoration and renovation of various high-end building facades.
Product Features
Super weather resistance, corrosion resistance, strong self-cleaning.
Strong adhesion, high decorative quality, waterproof, mildew-proof, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant.
Good film properties: flexibility, scratch resistance, washability.
Excellent resistance to fading, peeling, cracking, chalking, and wear.
Physical Parameters
Color: Please refer to the Degali color card, can also be formulated according to customer requirements. Solid content: ≥35%
Density: (0.97~1.25) g/ml. Flash point: above 25℃.
Drying time: surface dry in 20 minutes, fully dry in 24 hours, completely cured in 7 days. Temperature (23±2) ℃. Theoretical coverage: (8~10) square meters/kg (dry film thickness 20 microns).
Mixing ratio: A component:B component = 1:0.045 (weight ratio), based on packaging label. Usable period: to be used within 8 hours after mixing. Temperature (23±2)℃.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, effective storage period A component one year, B component six months. Packaging: 18 kg/set.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free of grease, rust, and other debris; for steel surfaces, it is best to use sandblasting or shot blasting for rust removal, requiring St3 or Sa2.5 level. Dust can be removed with compressed air or a clean brush.
Old paint film treatment: Remove with a scraper, fill and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate. Mold treatment: first remove the mold with tools, apply a mold-resistant solvent, then wash with clean water and air dry. Grease treatment: first remove with a degreasing detergent, then thoroughly wash with clean water and air dry.
Construction method: Spraying is recommended, nozzle size 1.5~2.0mm, pressure 0.6Mpa, dilution ratio (10~30)%(weight ratio), can be adjusted as needed.
Construction conditions: Construction temperature (5~40) ℃; relative humidity less than 75%, avoid construction in rain, snow, or fog, and prohibit contact with water or alcohol substances. Before construction, mix and stir A and B components according to the ratio, use after 30 minutes of maturation, and complete within 8 hours.
Recommended matching: Base putty: D-NZ-7 fluorocarbon paint leveling putty; D-NZ-8 fluorocarbon paint anti-cracking flexible putty (smooth); D-NZ-9 building exterior wall polishing putty (or D-NZ-10 oil-based putty)
Primer: D-FC-601 single-component epoxy sealing primer (or D-FC-208 two-component epoxy sealing primer) Intermediate paint: D-FC-301 fluorocarbon paint special intermediate paint Finish paint: D-FC-201 metallic fluorocarbon paint Topcoat: D-FC-205 fluorocarbon varnish Thinner: D-X-2 thinner. Film thickness: dry film: (20~25) microns.
Coating interval: minimum 8 hours, temperature (23±2) °C Tool cleaning: D-X-2 thinner.
Safety and Environmental Protection Instructions
Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated. The paint contains flammable components, please keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in nearby areas. Comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
