Introduction
This product is a multilayer decorative coating composed of a sealing primer, main paint, and topcoat. It is mainly used on the surfaces of cement slurry walls, wooden boards, gypsum, and asbestos tiles.
Product Characteristics
1. The mechanical properties of the paint film are excellent, such as film hardness, adhesion, and wear resistance.
2. Excellent antibacterial and anti-algae properties.
3. Can provide various three-dimensional pattern structures.
4. Can cover small cracks on the wall.
5. Can adjust the roughness of uneven surfaces and has the function of covering surface defects of the wall.
Physical Parameters
Solid content: ≥50%.
Density: (1.35~1.40) grams per milliliter (light color). Color: Refer to the Dejiali color card.
Drying time: surface dry ≤3 hours (23+2) ℃, fully dry ≤240 hours (23+2) ℃. Recoating time: ≥2 hours (23+2) ℃.
Theoretical coverage rate: 3.5 square meters/kilogram (two coats). Packaging: 20 kilograms/barrel (subject to actual packaging).
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place without frost (5~35) ℃, with a shelf life of one year.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the original paint film and fill and smooth the surface. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Mixing and dilution: Add (10~20)% clean water for dilution according to site conditions. Construction conditions: construction temperature (5~35) ℃; maximum relative humidity 85%. Recoating interval: not less than 2 hours (23℃).
Tool cleaning: Immediately clean all tools with water after painting.
Precautions: After spraying the relief paint, consider that latex paint has a one-week water avoidance period. During this time, the sprayed relief paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not completely dry and gets rained on, the sprayed relief paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rain after spraying the relief paint.

Avoid contact of the paint with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
