Introduction
Product Overview
Modified thermoplastic acrylic paint, with strong durability, anti-mold and antibacterial properties, and strong anti-carbonization effects. Suitable for new construction and maintenance projects of large buildings such as high-end residences, hotels, office buildings, schools, villas, office towers, and commercial buildings. It is suitable for high-end decoration of various surfaces such as gray sand, asbestos, brick and stone structures, and cement mortar, especially for wall protection in heavily polluted areas.

Density: (1.35~1.40) grams per milliliter (light color); Color: refer to the Dejiali color card
Drying time: surface dry ≤30 minutes (23+2) °C, fully dry ≤1 hour (23+2) °C; Recoating time: ≥2 hours (23+2) °C; Theoretical coverage: 5 square meters/kilogram (two coats)
Packaging: 20 kilograms per bucket (subject to actual packaging)
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place without frost (0~35) °C; effective storage period is one year.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For new walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the original paint film, fill and smooth the surface. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Mixing and dilution: Add 10%-20% Dejiali D-X-2 thinner as needed based on site conditions. Construction conditions: construction temperature (0~35) °C; maximum relative humidity 85%. Recoating interval: not less than 2 hours (23°C).
Tool cleaning: Clean immediately with Dejiali D-X-2 thinner after painting.
Precautions: After applying solvent-based exterior wall paint, consider that it has a one-week water avoidance period. During this time, the solvent-based exterior wall paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not fully dried and gets rained on, the paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rain on latex paint after construction.
Health and Safety
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
