Introduction
Product Overview
The clear concrete protective paint is designed for clear concrete, which has a high capillary pore structure, is very water-absorbent, and the steel bars in the concrete are easily corroded by moisture and weak acidic substances. Due to the characteristics of the concrete surface, such as easy alkali return and dirt adhesion, it is carefully designed to have excellent anti-mold and anti-algae properties, acid resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, and breathability. It has good penetration and film-forming properties, strong adhesion, and fully meets the technical requirements for concrete surface protection layers. The product is an outdoor clear concrete protective paint matching topcoat.
Product Performance
1. Good permeability and density;

Application Range
This product can be widely used for the protection and renovation of outdoor concrete surfaces of buildings such as highway guardrails, various dams, bridges, exhibition centers, high-end office buildings, and sports venues, as well as ancient buildings.
Construction Instructions
1. Clean the wall surface, remove substances attached to the concrete surface (floating soil, uncured cement, cement drip marks, etc.), cut and grind down protruding concrete, cut protruding steel bars, clean floating objects, and remove ink marks.
2. Clean the wall surface with high-pressure water, wash the wall with high pressure to remove oil stains, etc., until completely clean.
3. Partially repair the wall surface, the color of the prepared mortar must be close to the wall surface, fill larger cracks and defects, and do not cover the entire area with repairs.
4. Clean the wall surface, smooth it with sandpaper, and wipe it clean with a dry cloth.
5. Protect and cover areas that do not need spraying.
6. Apply one coat of primer: brushing or spraying is acceptable, mix well before use, no dilution is needed. Recoating time: minimum 2 hours (25℃), maximum unlimited.
7. Intermediate coat - one coat: brushing, rolling, or spraying is acceptable, mix well before use, no dilution is needed. Recoating time: minimum 2 hours (25℃), maximum unlimited.
8. Surface coating - two coats: brushing, rolling, or spraying is acceptable, mix well before use, no dilution is needed. Recoating time: minimum 2 hours (25℃), maximum unlimited.
