Introduction
Bonding and anchoring
Dejiali high-fidelity marble insulation decorative integrated board (grooved type), the surface board uses a 6mm thick special cement fiber board, with a high-strength composite production groove depth of 4mm and width of 4mm, the finished board weighs approximately 12-12kg/m2.
1. Bonding According to the construction site and the specifications and dimensions set by the client. The factory strictly produces to size. The gap between the board seams is less than 2mm, using special mortar to adhere to the wall surface;
2. Anchoring To completely eliminate high-altitude wind pressure and cavity bonding issues, special anchoring components in the shape of '+' and '-' are added according to the size of the board, for professional anchoring connections, thoroughly solving the long-term stability issues after the installation of the integrated board.
3. Joint treatment After the board seams are joined, the groove edge width is approximately 9-10mm, using high-weather-resistant sealing glue to seal the balance, serving both decorative and sealing purposes, enhancing the overall curtain wall effect.
4. Integrated board windows and special parts can use special-shaped or non-standard sizes, requiring perfect handling of special areas.
