Construction Example (Adhesive Method)
1. Confirmation and cleaning of the base layer
The base layer must be fully dry and level.
Remove surface debris and dust.
Please use gypsum board or fireproof board for the base layer.
2. Marking and positioning
Mark and position the base layer according to the size and shape of the decorative board.
3. Adhesion of double-sided tape
Adhere double-sided tape at the fixed position,
press firmly to secure it.
Usage amount: approximately 3.3m/m2 for walls.
Approximately 4.3m/m2 for ceilings.
4. Use of adhesive glue
Cut off the nozzle of the glue bottle, leaving an opening about the width of a cigarette (approximately 7mm),
then squeeze out the glue. Apply the adhesive glue in a line at the designated position (next to the tape).
Usage amount: approximately 10.5 tubes/m2 on walls, approximately 0.6 tubes/m2 on ceilings.
5. Removal of the release paper from the double-sided tape
Pay attention to the peeling of the tape and removal of the release paper.
6. Adhesion of the decorative board
Within 10 minutes after applying the adhesive glue, adhere the decorative board to the designated position. Press down on the tape with your hand,
to ensure full adhesion. Please note that it cannot be moved or re-adhered.
Maintenance
Perform maintenance during the curing period of the adhesive glue.

Processing of the board
The board can be processed using general pneumatic or electric tools for milling holes, cutting, etc. The cutting tools are suitable for fine-toothed or toothless types.
The board can use specialized drill milling tools for drilling, grooving, chamfering, etc. All exposed board bases due to processing can be treated with sealing paint.

Processing Methods
1. Cutting
When cutting with a stone saw or electric cutter (for stone materials), pull back and forth with an NT knife on the back surface of the board several times, then break it with the decorative side facing out, and smooth the fracture surface.
2. Drilling, Opening Holes
When drilling small holes, use an electric drill. For holes for wires and pipes, use a hole saw to open directly, or first drill a circle of small holes and then saw it out.
3. After cutting and opening holes, use a file, sandpaper, etc. to treat the hole edges.
Storage and Transportation Precautions
When installing, transporting, and storing, keep the boards flat and store them on a hard surface. Be careful to avoid single-person handling; it is correct to carry the board edges horizontally with two people or to carry it upright with both hands.
