Introduction
Product Composition
It consists of hydroxyl alkyd resin, coloring pigments, anti-rust pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc. as component one, and a prepolymer or adduct containing toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as component two, forming a two-component primer.
Product Characteristics
The paint film has excellent anti-rust performance, strong adhesion, fast drying speed, and is resistant to water and oil.
Scope of Application
Suitable for use as an anti-rust primer on bridges, vehicles, machinery, machine instruments, oil tanks, and metal structures.

Coating Matching
Pre-coating matching paints: epoxy zinc-rich workshop primer, epoxy red iron workshop primer, inorganic zinc workshop primer, or directly as a primer.
Post-coating matching paints: polyurethane paint, epoxy paint, etc.
Surface Treatment
Rinse off salt and other water-soluble contaminants with clean water.
Remove grease according to SSPC-SPI solvent cleaning standards.
Remove rust, oxide skin, etc. by sandblasting to achieve Sa2.5 level or higher. If sandblasting conditions are not available, use pneumatic or electric grinding tools to grind to St3 level. For welded, flame-cut, or thermally corrected damaged areas: grind to St3 level. Before construction, blow off dust and other contaminants with high-pressure air. Confirm that the surface is clean and dry before construction. Refer to "Surface Treatment Before Coating."
