Product Description
This product is formulated with various organic solvents and can serve as a thinner for different types of Dejiali paint.
Product Features
Excellent solubility and dilution properties. Suitable evaporation rate. Good compatibility.
Design Purpose
D-X-1
Used as a thinner for epoxy primers. Used for D-FC-205 fluorocarbon varnish, D-FC-202 architectural exterior wall.
D-X-2
Fluorocarbon paint (solid color paint), D-FC-201 imitation aluminum plate metal fluorocarbon paint, two-component room temperature curing fluorocarbon topcoat, D-FC-206 fluorocarbon paint special intermediate paint, etc.
D-X-3
Used as a thinner for single-component fluorocarbon paint.
D-X-4
Used as a thinner for two-component room temperature curing fluorocarbon paint. Its evaporation rate is slower than D-X-2.
D-X-5
Used as a thinner for two-component room temperature curing fluorocarbon paint. Its evaporation rate is slower than D-X-4.
Used to adjust the film drying speed of two-component room temperature curing fluorocarbon paint.
D-X-6
It is used in conjunction with D-X-2, D-X-4, D-X-5 to adjust the evaporation rate of the solvent under high-temperature construction conditions in summer, achieving the required surface effect of the paint film.
Physical Parameters
Color: Clear transparent liquid, no suspended matter. Density: (0.80~0.95) grams/milliliter. Flash point: (25~35)℃.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year.
Construction Instructions
Add an appropriate amount to the paint used, mix evenly with mechanical or manual stirring, adjust to the required construction viscosity, and wait for bubbles to disappear before applying. It is strictly prohibited to mix D-X-1 with other thinners.
Safety and Environmental Protection Instructions
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated. The paint contains flammable components, please keep away from fire sources and prohibit smoking in nearby areas, and comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
