Introduction
Construction Reference
1. Requirements for the surface to be coated:
a. No oil stains, no dust, no rust. b. The surface is clean and not damp.
2. Primer: can be sprayed or brushed.
Use special primer and thinner for nitrogen coatings.
Film thickness: dry film thickness: 30 microns.
Drying time: 25℃, 24 hours.
3. Requirements for the surface of the primer:
a. The base layer is uniform, no leaks, not rough, good adhesion.
b. The base layer is defect-free, flat, no dust, no oil stains, not damp.
4. Topcoat:
Mixing ratio: Group A: Group B 1:0.045 (weight ratio). Use special thinner D-X-2 to adjust the viscosity of the paint.
Curing time: under conditions of 15-40℃, cure for 30-50 minutes before spraying.
Usable period: 25℃, 8 hours; 35℃, 6 hours; can be adjusted according to temperature.
5. Spray topcoat: can be sprayed or brushed.
Generally, two coats of topcoat are sufficient. Dry film thickness 20±5 microns/coat. Interval time 1-2 hours.
The interval time between the topcoat and primer should be 24 hours (should be tested first to ensure no biting through before spraying).
6. Drying time: surface dry at 25℃: 20 minutes; fully dry: 24 hours; completely cured: 7 days.
7. The number of spraying coats and thickness of primer and topcoat should be based on the usage conditions and design requirements of the coated object.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from fire sources. Effective storage for one year.
Packaging: Metal paint: 18kg/set; solid color paint: 24kg/set.
