Introduction
Product Description
Dejiali granite multi-color coating is a new type of simple, practical, and convenient architectural coating that simulates the decorative effect of granite, with a simple production process. The product system is stable, easy and quick to construct, completely changing the limitations of the complex color matching, complicated production process, unstable product system, high construction difficulty, and high requirements of water-based multi-color coatings in the market.
Product Features
Mature and stable production process, no need for complex and expensive production equipment.
Stable system, multi-color particles are solid and patterned, avoiding issues like liquid multi-color particle mixing and color paste.
Long storage period, no thickening after storage, and no issues like multi-color particles breaking or shrinking.
The coating film has elasticity, resistance to fine cracking, and good water resistance, without the need to add excessive hydrophilic additives for 'wrapping'.
Easy and quick construction, can be sprayed or rolled, can use a general pot-type real stone paint spray gun, no need for specialized vacuum spraying tools.
Using advanced technology, fast drying speed, no dripping, and less affected by weather factors during construction.
Simple and convenient to use, the simulated stone effect is more realistic.
Construction Process
1. Check and treat the base wall, such as removing floating dust and unstable materials, checking the flatness of the wall and the verticality of the corners.
2. Apply anti-cracking putty in two to three layers to level the base wall, ensuring each layer is not too thick. The first layer can be leveled using an aluminum alloy ruler of about 2 meters, the second layer can be leveled with a large trowel, and the third layer can be filled, leveled, and polished with a small trowel. After the coating dries, sand it with fine sandpaper.
3. Snap grid lines, draw lines, and stick joint tape. Snap horizontal and vertical lines for grid according to design or owner's requirements, draw the special primer for joint color, and stick the grid tape.
4. Use flexible putty to level and polish the base, leveling and polishing with a stainless steel trowel, and after the coating dries, sand it smooth with fine sandpaper.
5. Remove the joint tape, remove the putty coating on the joint tape to form a joint groove. If the tape from the previous step is double-layered, only one layer needs to be removed. If it is single-layered, the previous tape needs to be removed before sticking the joint tape again.
6. Apply sealing primer, using spraying or rolling methods to apply the sealing primer, ensuring it is uniform and consistent, with no missed spraying (rolling) or accumulation.
7. Apply colored primer for granite multi-color paint, using spraying or rolling methods to apply the colored primer, ensuring it is uniform and consistent, with no missed spraying (rolling), accumulation, or blooming.
8. The granite multi-color coating can be directly made into a polished or fire-burned type using the main paint according to design or owner's requirements, without the need for a shaping layer.
Polished type: Spray the simulated granite paint (ordinary real stone paint spray gun is sufficient) on top of the colored primer layer, and use a stainless steel trowel to polish the simulated granite paint film before the third layer dries to achieve the desired mirror effect.
Fire-burned type: Spray the simulated granite paint (ordinary real stone paint spray gun is sufficient) on top of the colored primer layer, and before the third layer of the simulated granite paint film dries, use a short wool roller dipped in an appropriate amount of water to evenly roll back and forth to achieve the desired fire-burned effect.
9. Remove the joint tape, and after the coating is completely dry, sand the multi-color paint coating and refine the joint groove.
10. Apply the topcoat, using spraying or rolling methods to apply the weather-resistant topcoat, ensuring it is uniform and consistent, with no missed spraying (rolling), accumulation, or blooming.
