This series includes true stone paint, rock flake granite paint, sand glue paint, and ceramic color brick paint (Patent No.: ZL 201110425776.4).

The products are made from special resins and additives as binding materials, and natural-grade colored sand as aggregates.

Advantages:

1. Lightweight and safe, creating a reassuring living environment;

2. Construction can be done using rolling, spraying, and troweling methods, which are convenient and quick;

3. Molds or adhesive tapes can be used to create a variety of patterns;

4. True stone inorganic raw materials ensure that the finish does not fade;

5. Good weather resistance provides long-lasting protection for buildings;

6. Flexible crack resistance and good breathability;

7. Green and environmentally friendly, pollution-free, and recyclable;

8. Excellent fire resistance.

Natural true stone paint is a type of decorative coating that closely resembles marble and granite. It is mainly made from various colors of natural stone powder. Buildings decorated with true stone paint have a natural and authentic color, giving a sense of elegance, harmony, and solemn beauty. It is suitable for interior and exterior decoration of various buildings, especially for curved structures, where it can achieve a vivid and realistic effect, returning to nature. Natural true stone paint has characteristics such as fire resistance, waterproofing, acid and alkali resistance, pollution resistance, non-toxic, odorless, strong adhesion, and never fading, effectively preventing external harsh environments from eroding buildings and extending their lifespan. Due to its good adhesion and freeze-thaw resistance, natural true stone paint is particularly suitable for use in cold regions. It is easy to apply, dries quickly, and saves time.

Product Description:

Natural true stone paint has an extraordinary appearance and can be re-sprayed with different patterns and colors.

The use of shapes, colors, area sizes, and decorations is completely unrestricted.

Natural materials that do not change color, do not age, are fire-resistant, heat-resistant, weather-resistant, and increase the lifespan of buildings.

Completely seamless spraying, safe waterproofing against acid rain erosion, pollution resistance, and easy cleaning.

Low-cost materials, easy construction, economical costs, and low expenses.

Easy for large-scale construction, quick and safe project progress, and simple operations.

Construction Methods and Steps

1. Base Requirements

① A cement mortar mix of 1:3 should be smoothed and cured for more than 15 days. The surface must be flat but not too smooth, and the corners should not be too sharp.

② Before construction, the cement surface or the surface to be painted must be free of moss, grease, or other contaminants, which must be completely removed; otherwise,

it will affect adhesion, and the surface must be kept sufficiently dry.

③ If the surface has old paint, it must be tested or confirmed for adhesion before construction; otherwise, it must be removed.

2. Apply Alkali-Resistant Sealing Primer

The surface to be painted should be evenly coated with primer and sealed to prevent discoloration and moisture from contaminating the paint surface. The primer should be applied at a rate of at least 0.15Kg/m2 per coat until there is no discoloration.

3. Marking Lines

Use a straightedge or marking tool to draw straight line marks with a black line.

4. Apply Tape for Lines

The tape must first be applied to the straight lines, then to the cross lines. For joints, nails can be used to prevent losing the tape source after spraying.

5. Spray Natural True Stone Paint

Begin spraying the true stone paint with a thickness of 2-3mm, and air pressure between 0.6-0.8MPa. During spraying, non-sprayed areas should be covered with newspapers or completely isolated with tape. After spraying, allow to harden for twenty-four hours, and the sprayed surface must match the appearance of the sample, with a usage of approximately 3.5-4.5Kg/m2.

6. Remove Line Tape

Remove the tape immediately after spraying, being careful not to affect the edges of the coating. The tape should be pulled upwards rather than forwards.

7. Sanding

Before applying the topcoat, sand down about 30-50% of the sharp particles on the true stone paint surface to enhance the stone's aesthetic and reduce sharpness, preventing dust accumulation.

8. Full Application of Topcoat

After the true stone paint has fully cured for 24 hours, a full application of the topcoat can be done, requiring at least 0.15Kg per square meter.
