Introduction
Product Overview
D-WQ-800 and D-WQ-810 are mainly made from high-quality acrylic emulsion as the base material, using high-quality pigments, fillers, and various high-quality additives, refined with advanced technology. D-WQ-810A is refined from epoxy modified acrylic emulsion and high-quality additives.
Product Characteristics
1. Good leveling properties, easy to apply.
2. Excellent adhesion performance.
3. Good sealing properties, ensuring the coating application effect.
4. Good alkali resistance, protecting the topcoat from chemical attacks from the substrate.
Physical Parameters
Color: White (D-WQ-810A is colorless and transparent) Drying time: Surface dry in 2 hours (23±2) ℃ Recoating time: ≥2 hours (23±2) ℃
Theoretical coverage rate: 10 square meters/kilogram (one coat)
Packaging: 20 kilograms/barrel (subject to actual packaging)
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry, and frost-free place, with a shelf life of one year.
Application Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the existing paint film, fill and smooth with putty. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Application methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Application conditions: Application temperature (5~35) ℃; maximum relative humidity 85%. Tool cleaning: Clean all tools immediately with water after painting.

After applying the exterior wall latex primer, be sure to avoid rain.
