Introduction
Product Overview
This product is made from specially formulated acrylic synthetic emulsion, high-grade pigments, fillers, additives, etc., refined through advanced technology. It is widely applicable for various exterior wall cement surface decorations using building materials such as cement, concrete, and bricks.
Product Characteristics
1. Excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, strong scrub resistance, and strong adhesion. 2. Excellent coating water resistance and breathability. 3. Excellent coating weather resistance.
4. High gloss and excellent UV resistance.
Physical Parameters
Solid content: ≥50%.
Density: (1.35~1.40) grams per milliliter (light color) Color: Refer to the Degali color card.
Drying time: surface dry in 2 hours (23±2) ℃ Recoating time: ≥2 hours (23±2) ℃ Theoretical coverage rate: 5 square meters/kilogram (two coats).
Packaging: 20 kg bucket (subject to actual packaging).
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated, dry, and frost-free place, with a valid storage period of one year.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly built walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the original paint film, fill and smooth with putty. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Mixing and dilution: Dilute with (10~20)% clean water according to site conditions. Construction conditions: construction temperature (5~35) ℃; maximum relative humidity 85%. Recoating interval: not less than 2 hours (23℃).
Tool cleaning: Clean all tools immediately with water after painting.
Precautions: After applying exterior wall latex paint, consider that the latex paint has a water avoidance period of one week. During this time, the latex paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not completely dry and gets rained on, the latex paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rainwater after construction.
