Introduction
Product Overview
This product is composed of special high-elasticity coating synthetic resin and special acrylic synthetic resin. It is refined from high-quality pigments, fillers, and additives. Thus, it achieves a multifunctional single-component elastic coating that integrates high elasticity, waterproofing, UV radiation resistance, pollution resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and high durability. It is most suitable for the decoration of five-star hotels and the exterior walls of high-rise buildings, ensuring that the walls do not require rework for over 10 years. It is widely applicable to various building exterior wall cement surfaces made of cement, concrete, bricks, and other building materials.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry, frost-free place (5~35) °C, with a shelf life of one year.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the original paint film, fill and smooth the surface. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Mixing and dilution: Add (10~20)% of clean water for dilution according to the site conditions. Construction conditions: construction temperature (5~35) °C; maximum air relative humidity 85%. Recoating interval: not less than 2 hours (23°C).
Tool cleaning: Clean all tools with water immediately after painting.
Precautions: After applying exterior wall latex paint, consider that the latex paint requires a week of water avoidance time. During this period, the latex paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not completely dry and is exposed to rain, the latex paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rainwater after construction.
