Introduction
Product Overview
This product uses a new type of silicone water-based polymer as the base material, combined with high-quality, weather-resistant pearl glitter pigments and various high-quality additives, processed through advanced technology. It is widely applicable for decorative coatings on various building exterior walls made of cement, concrete, bricks, and other building materials.
Product Characteristics
1. The addition of special glitter materials gives the coating film rich colors and a unique pearl luster. This luster creates a charming pearl sheen that is soft and bright, lying between "soft satin" and "glitter."
2. Utilizing the dual-synergistic hydrophobic mechanism of nano materials enhances the hardness and flexibility of the coating, improves its aging and pollution resistance, and provides self-cleaning functionality, keeping it looking new even after rain.
3. Due to the chemical stability, UV resistance, and moisture resistance of special glitter materials, they greatly outperform ordinary coatings. 4. This coating has a "metallic" effect but is non-metallic, with a service life of over 10 years.

Construction Instructions
Surface Treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For recoating walls, use a scraper to remove the existing paint film, fill and smooth the surface. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Mixing and Dilution: Depending on the site conditions, add (10~20)% clean water for dilution. Construction Conditions: Construction temperature (5~35) °C; maximum relative humidity 85%. Recoating Interval: no less than 2 hours (23°C).
Tool Cleaning: Clean all tools immediately with water after painting.
Precautions: After applying the exterior wall latex paint, consider that the latex paint requires a week of water avoidance time. During this period, the latex paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not fully dried and gets rained on, the latex paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rain on the latex paint after construction.
Health and Safety
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
