Product Overview
This product is made from high-quality acrylic emulsion, pigments, and additives refined with nanomaterials. It is widely applicable for various exterior wall cement surface decorations using building materials such as cement, concrete, and bricks.
Product Features
1. Utilizing the absorption of ultraviolet light and photocatalytic functions of nanoparticles, it enhances the aging resistance of the coating, has strong weather resistance, and a service life of over ten years.
2. The small particle size and large specific surface area of nanoparticles allow for the organic combination of polymer macromolecular chains in the coating, thereby improving the toughness, strength, and adhesion of the paint film.
3. Utilizing the dual-repellent principle of nanoparticles, the paint film has waterproof and anti-fouling properties, exhibiting a "lotus leaf" hydrophobic self-cleaning effect.
4. Extremely resistant to scrubbing, can withstand over 10,000 times.
5. Inorganic coloring, bright colors, and good durability.
6. Good water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and anti-algae properties.

Solid Content: ≥50%.
Density: (1.35~1.40) grams per milliliter (light color) Color: Refer to the Degali color card.
Drying Time: ≤2 hours (23±2)℃ Recoating Time: ≥2 hours (23±2)℃ Theoretical Coverage Rate: 5 square meters/kilogram (two coats).
Packaging: 20 kilograms per bucket (subject to actual packaging).
Storage: Should be kept in a cool, ventilated, dry place without frost (5~35) C, effective.
Storage Period: One year.
Construction Instructions:
Surface Treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner. For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the original paint film and fill and smooth the surface. Use appropriate methods as needed.
Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Mixing and Dilution: Add (10~20)% of clean water for dilution based on site conditions. Construction conditions: construction temperature (5~35) C; maximum relative humidity 85%. Recoating interval: no less than 2 hours (23℃).
Tool Cleaning: Immediately clean all tools with water after painting.
Precautions: After applying the exterior wall latex paint, consider that the latex paint requires a week of water avoidance time. During this period, the latex paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not completely dry and gets rained on, the latex paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rainwater after construction.
Health and Safety
Avoid contact of the paint with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
