Introduction
Product Description
This product is suitable for concrete, cement mortar, paper pulp ash, gypsum board, and other substrates, mainly used for leveling the base layer of exterior wall coatings. This product is particularly suitable for buildings in coastal and southern humid areas. If allowed by the engineering design, a one-time coating treatment can be performed. The water-resistant putty can also be used alone and can serve as a cost-effective interior wall coating when treated with a unique construction method.

After drying, it is resistant to weak acids, alkalis, and oil agents, with excellent dissolution resistance.
No need to soak the brick wall during construction, which can significantly improve work efficiency and is convenient and quick.
Material-saving, can reduce construction waste and wall weight compared to traditional cement mortar. It has good impermeability and aging resistance.
Technical Parameters
Adjustment time: (20~25) minutes. Resting time: (5~15) minutes. Initial drying time: (20℃) 2 hours.
Drying time: 24 hours (depending on climate). Water resistance: excellent.
Shear strength: 1.38Mpa (after 7 days), 1.7Mpa (after 14 days). Storage: Store in a cool, dry place; unopened products can be stored for 1 year.
Packaging: 25 kilograms/bag.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be solid, flat, dry, and clean, free of grease, wax, concrete curing agents, release agents, and other loose materials.
Construction process: First pour water into the container, then add the powder, and mix thoroughly with a mixer until it is a paste without powder particles or sediment. If the paste is stirred again after sitting for ten minutes, it can increase strength. Use a trowel tool for application, and the second layer can be applied about 8 hours after the first layer is completed.
Usage: Approximately (1.5~2) kilograms per square meter, depending on the flatness of the base surface.
Precautions
Before construction, the verticality and flatness of the substrate should be determined. Do not mix already dried paste with water for reuse. This product is suitable for construction in environments of (5~40)℃.
The mixed putty should be used within 2 hours in summer and within 4 hours in winter. It is advisable to sand within one to two days.
