Introduction
Product Description
This product is suitable for concrete, cement mortar, paper pulp ash, gypsum board, and other substrates. It is mainly used for the exterior wall insulation surface layer and various wall plastering of buildings. This product is a supporting product of the external wall insulation system, effectively preventing various cracks in the surface layer, and does not contain formaldehyde or any substances harmful to human health, making it a non-toxic, pollution-free, environmentally friendly new building material.

After drying, it is resistant to weak acids, alkalis, and oil agents, with excellent dissolution resistance.
No need to wet the brick wall during construction, which can significantly improve work efficiency and is convenient and quick.
Material-saving, compared to traditional cement mortar, it can reduce construction waste and wall weight. It has good permeability resistance and aging resistance, effectively preventing various cracks in the surface layer.
Technical Parameters
Adjustment time: (20~25) minutes. Resting time: (5~15) minutes. Initial drying time: (20℃) 2 hours.
Drying time: 24 hours (depending on the climate). Water resistance: excellent.
Shear strength: 1.38Mpa (after 7 days), 1.7Mpa (after 14 days). Dynamic crack resistance: 0.6mm.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Unopened products can be stored for 1 year.
Packaging: 25 kilograms/bag.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be solid, flat, dry, and clean, free of grease, wax, concrete curing agents, release agents, and other loose materials.
Construction process: First, pour water into the container, then add the powder, and mix thoroughly with a mixer until it is a paste without powder particles or sediment. If the paste is stirred again after sitting for ten minutes, it can increase strength. Use a trowel for plastering, and the second layer can be applied about 8 hours after the first layer is completed. Usage: approximately (1.5~2) kilograms/square meter, depending on the flatness of the base.
Precautions
Before construction, the verticality and flatness of the substrate should be determined. Do not mix already dried paste with water for reuse. This product is suitable for construction in environments of (5~40) ℃.
The mixed putty should be used within 2 hours in summer and within 4 hours in winter. It is advisable to sand within one to two days.
