Introduction
Product Description
This product is specifically designed for the application of putty on fluorocarbon paint construction surfaces, capable of sealing rough substrates to make the coating layer smoother and more textured. It is mainly used for polishing the substrate of aluminum-like fluorocarbon paint and high-gloss solid color paint.
Product Features
1. High bonding strength, with strong adhesion to walls, base putty, and coatings;
2. Good thixotropy, easy to apply and sand, achieving an almost perfect smooth surface with simple leveling, significantly enhancing the decorative effect of the coating;
3. Excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, and anti-permeability;
4. Good aging resistance, compatible with high-end coatings such as fluorocarbon metal paint;
5. Good smooth surface effect, deep smooth walls, fast drying speed, good sandability, high film hardness, and excellent compatibility with fluorocarbon paint primer and topcoat. Can be used after stirring the bucket.
Technical Parameters
Drying time: 10 minutes, adjustment time: 6 minutes

Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: After applying 1 to 2 coats of fluorocarbon paint anti-cracking flexible putty (smooth surface) D-NZ-8, proceed with construction.
Construction process: Pour water into a large container, then add powder, and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer until a paste-like consistency is achieved. After resting for 10 minutes, mix again and use a trowel for application. Wait about 4 hours after the first application before proceeding with the second application (generally two applications are recommended), and smooth it out, controlling the thickness between 0.8 and 1.2mm.
When applying putty, ensure it is even and free of defects. The putty can be sanded about 24 hours after application.
Generally, wait for 7 days after application to paint; this can be shortened if using an alkali-resistant primer.
Usage: Approximately (0.5~1) kilograms/square meter (depending on the flatness of the substrate, control thickness between 0.5~1mm).
Storage and Packaging
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place; unopened products can be stored for 1 year.
Packaging: 25kg/bag (powder form).
Precautions
Before construction, ensure the verticality and flatness of the substrate. Do not mix already dried paste with water for reuse. The mixed putty should be used within 5 hours.
Avoid construction outside the temperature range of (5~40)℃ or on rainy days.
