Introduction
Product Description
This product is specially designed for the application of mid-level putty in fluorocarbon paint construction, with anti-seepage and anti-cracking functions.
Product Features
Strong adhesion, with excellent bonding strength to both the base putty and the surface layer. Good crack resistance.
Good waterproof and breathable properties, ensuring the dryness of the wall. Moisture-proof, waterproof, and scrub-resistant.

Shear adhesive strength: 1.0Mpa, water-resistant shear adhesive strength: 0.7Mpa, temperature-resistant shear adhesive strength: 0.7Mpa, freeze-thaw shear adhesive strength: 0.7Mpa.
Resistance to artificial aging (1000h): no peeling, no cracking, no flaking.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: After applying 1-2 coats of D-NZ-7 fluorocarbon paint special leveling putty, proceed with construction.
Construction process: Pour water into a large container, then add powder, and use an electric mixer to mix thoroughly into a paste. After resting for 10 minutes, mix again with the mixer, then use a trowel for application. Wait about 4 hours after the first application before proceeding with the second application (generally two applications are made), and smooth it out, controlling the thickness between 0.8-1.2mm. When applying the putty, ensure it is even and flawless. The putty can be sanded about 24 hours after application.
Usage: Approximately 1.8 kilograms per square meter (depending on the flatness of the base surface, control thickness between 0.8-1.5mm).
Storage and Packaging
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place; unopened products can be stored for 1 year.
Packaging: 25kg/bag
Precautions
Before construction, determine the verticality and flatness of the substrate. Do not mix water with already thickened paste before use. The mixed putty should be used within 5 hours.
Avoid construction outside the temperature range of (5~40)℃ or on rainy days.
