Product Description
The tile renovation putty is applied to various types of exterior wall mosaics and the base treatment of tiles, used for latex paint construction. The traditional construction process involves breaking the tiles, followed by cement treatment, which is labor-intensive, time-consuming, and increases construction costs, while also posing certain risks and causing damage to the wall. The tile renovation putty produced by DeJiali Company can be directly applied to the exterior wall tiles without removing the original tiles, making the construction simple, convenient, safe, cost-effective, and efficient. This product is specially designed for high-difficulty renovation of old projects and can be directly applied to glazed tiles, mosaics, marble, and other wall surfaces.
Product Features
1. Extremely high bonding strength, able to bond with smooth surfaces to form a high-strength whole, providing an ideal interface layer for the topcoat and smooth substrate.
2. Simple and quick, short construction period, reducing the difficulty and cost of renovating old projects.
3. Excellent water resistance, alkalinity resistance, and breathability, ensuring that the paint surface of the wall remains dry and effectively solving the problem of water leakage between wall gaps.
4. The material has good flexibility and a low shrinkage rate, allowing the putty layer to adapt to environmental changes without cracking, ensuring the coating effect.
Technical Parameters
Adjustment time: (20~25) minutes. Resting time: (5~15) minutes. Initial drying time: (20℃) 2 hours.
Drying time: 24 hours (depending on climate). Water resistance: excellent.
Shear strength: 1.38Mpa (after 7 days), 1.7Mpa (after 14 days). Dynamic crack resistance: 1.2mm.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place; unopened products can be stored for 1 year. Packaging: 25 kg bag.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be solid, flat, dry, and clean, free of grease, wax, concrete curing agents, release agents, and other loose materials.
Construction process: First, pour water into the container, then add the powder, and use a mixer to stir thoroughly until a paste-like consistency is achieved without powder particles or sediment. If the paste is allowed to sit for ten minutes before stirring again, it can increase strength. Use a trowel for application, and the second layer can be applied about 8 hours after the first layer is completed. Usage: approximately 2 kg per square meter, depending on the flatness of the base.
Precautions
Before construction, the verticality and flatness of the substrate should be confirmed. Do not mix already dried paste with water for reuse. This product is suitable for construction in environments between (5~40)℃.
The mixed putty should be used within 2 hours in summer and within 4 hours in winter. It is advisable to sand within one to two days.
